【請求項3】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが、配列番号:164、165、166、168、169、170、171、172または173からなる配列を有する、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項4】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも1つの修飾されたヌクレオシド間結合を含んで成る、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項5】 修飾されたヌクレオシド間結合がホスホロチオエート結合である、請求項4に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項6】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも1つの修飾された糖部分を含んで成る、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項7】 修飾された糖部分が2'−O−メトキシエチル糖部分である、請求項6に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項8】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも1つの修飾された核酸塩基を含んで成る、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。

【請求項11】 配列番号166の配列を有する、請求項1に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項12】 配列番号166のヌクレオチド1−5及び16−20が2'−O−メトキシエチルヌクレオシドであり、ヌクレオチド6−15が2’−デオキシヌクレオチドであり、全てのシチジン残基が5−メチルシチジンであり、そして全てのヌクレオシド間結合がホスホロチオエートである、請求項11に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項13】 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載のアンチセンス化合物および製薬学的に許容されるキャリアーまたは希釈剤を含んで成る組成物。

【請求項1】 PTP1Bをコードする核酸分子を標的とする配列番号164−173の1つを含んでなる30核酸塩基長までのアンチセンス化合物であって、PTP1Bに、特異的にハイブリダイズしそして発現を阻害する、上記化合物。
【請求項2】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドである、請求項1に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項3】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが、配列番号:164、165、166、168、169、170、171、172または173からなる配列を有する、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項4】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも1つの修飾されたヌクレオシド間結合を含んで成る、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項5】 修飾されたヌクレオシド間結合がホスホロチオエート結合である、請求項4に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項6】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも1つの修飾された糖部分を含んで成る、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項7】 修飾された糖部分が2'−O−メトキシエチル糖部分である、請求項6に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項8】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも1つの修飾された核酸塩基を含んで成る、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項9】 修飾された核酸塩基が5−メチルシトシンである、請求項8に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項10】 アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドがキメラオリゴヌクレオチドである、請求項2に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項11】 配列番号166の配列を有する、請求項1に記載のアンチセンス化合物。
【請求項12】 配列番号166のヌクレオチド1−5及び16−20が2'−O−メトキシエチルヌクレオシドであり、ヌクレオチド6−15が2’−デオキシヌクレオチドであり、全てのシチジン残基が5−メチルシチジンであり、そして全てのヌクレオシド間結合がホスホロチオエートである、請求項11に記載のアンチセンス化合物。

- PTP1Bをコードする核酸分子を標的とする8〜30核酸塩基長の化合物であって、PTP1Bに、特異的にハイブリダイズしそして発現を阻害する、上記化合物。
- アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドである、請求項1に記載の化合物。

- 請求項1に記載のアンチセンス化合物および製薬学的に許容されるキャリアーまたは希釈剤を含んで成る組成物。
