Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.位置決定可能な内視鏡取り付け具であって、 前記内視鏡の位置を決定するために内視鏡の挿入チューブ部分に連結可能な取 り付け具と、 1個以上のセンサーの位置を決定するために使用され、前記取り付け具に対し て固定配置された1個以上のセンサーとを具備する取り付け具。 2.前記取り付け具を前記内視鏡に固定取り付けする場合、前記1個以上のセ ンサーが、そのセンサー位置の決定を妨害する内視鏡の要素から離間される請求 項1に記載の取り付け具。 3.前記1個以上のセンサーが前記取り付け具内に埋め込まれる請求項1に記 載の取り付け具。 4.前記取り付け具が、前記1個以上のセンサーの位置の決定を実質的に妨害 する要素を含まない請求項1に記載の取り付け具。 5.前記1個以上のセンサーの位置決定が、磁界を送り、そして受けることに よって行なわれる請求項1に記載の取り付け具。 6.前記1個以上のセンサーの位置を示すマーキングを、前記取り付け具の外 側に有する請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の取り付け具。 7.前記取り付け具がチューブからなる請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記 載の取り付け具。 8.請求項1−5のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1個の位置決定可能な取り付 け具と、 前記内視鏡および前記1個以上の取り付け具を覆う薄いシースとを具備する内 視鏡位置決めおよび感知キット。 9.前記取り付け具が内腔と周縁を有するシースを具備する請求項1から請求 項5のいずれかに記載の取り付け具。 10.前記センサーが、位置の決定を妨害するシースの材料から、前記材料の 妨害効果を実質的に回避するのに十分な距離だけ離すように配置される請求項9 に記載の取り付け具。 11.内腔がシース内で軸方向に中心に配置され、前記1個以上のセンサーが 前記シースの周縁に隣接して配置される請求項9に記載の取り付け具。 12.前記シースが内腔を越えて延在する先端部を有し、前記1個以上のセン サーの少なくとも1個が前記先端部に埋め込まれる請求項9に記載の取り付け具 。 13.位置決定可能な内視鏡であって、 周縁を有する断面を有する細長い本体と、先端とを具備する挿入チューブと、 前記本体の固定場所に配置された1個以上の位置センサーとを具備し、 前記先端から離れ前記1個以上のセンサーに隣接した前記細長い本体の断面の 複数部分が、前記1個以上のセンサーの位置の決定を実質的に妨害する材料を含 まない位置決定可能な内視鏡。 14.前記1個以上のセンサーの位置の決定を妨害する前記挿入チューブの要 素が最小の効果を有する前記細長い本体の断面の複数の場所に、前記1個以上の センサーが配置される請求項13に記載の内視鏡。 15.前記1個以上のセンサーが前記挿入チューブ内に埋め込まれる請求項1 3に記載の内視鏡。 16.前記1個以上のセンサーの位置の決定が磁界を送り、そして受けること によって行なわれる請求項13に記載の内視鏡。 17.前記1個以上のセンサーが、導電性の強磁性材料から実質的に最も遠い 前記挿入チューブ内の場所に配置される請求項16に記載の内視鏡。 18.前記1個以上のセンサーの位置の決定を妨害する材料が前記細長い本体 の「D」字形断面に制約され、前記1個以上のセンサーが位置の決定を妨害する 材料から、前記材料の妨害効果を実質的に回避するのに十分な距離だけ離間され ている請求項13から請求項17のいずれかに記載の内視鏡。 19.前記1個以上のセンサーの位置の決定を妨害する材料が、前記細長い本 体の丸く、軸方向に中心配置の断面に制約され、前記1個以上のセンサーが前記 挿入チューブの周縁に隣接して配置される請求項13から請求項17のいずれか に記載の内視鏡。 20.外側に取り付けた位置感知装置を有する医療器具を体内の所定の位置ま でガイドする方法であって、 前記位置感知装置の場所を決定する工程と、 前記決定された場所に応じて前記医療器具を前進させる工程と、 前記医療器具を所定の場所に配置した後、前記位置感知装置を前記医療器具か ら外すと同時に、前記医療器具を所定の場所に留置させる工程を有する方法。 21.前記位置センサーの取り外しが、前記位置センサーを包囲するシースを 前記医療器具から剥離する工程を有する請求項20に記載の方法。 22.位置決定可能な侵入医療器具であって、 本体と、 取り外し可能なシースとを具備し、 前記器具が経皮的に体内に配置されている間に前記シースが取り外し可能であ る器具。 23.前記本体がペースメーカー電極を具備する請求項22に記載の器具。 24.前記シースが偏向機構を備える請求項22あるいは請求項23のいずれ かに記載の器具。
