Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.医用器具の表面に被覆されるコーティングであって、 (a)架橋性アクリルポリマー及びメタクリルポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コ ポリマー、スチレンアクリルコポリマー、酢酸ビニルポリマー及びコポリマー、 ビニルアセタールポリマー及びコポリマー、エポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂、他の アミノ樹脂、フェノールポリマー、そのコポリマー、及び組合わせからなる群よ り選ばれた安定化ポリマー;及び (b)該安定化ポリマーと相互作用して潤滑性ヒドロゲルを生成するように選ば れた親水性ポリマー、及び生物活性剤、及び組合わせからなる群より選ばれた活 性剤 を含み、該活性剤が該安定化ポリマーにからみつき、該コーティングが乾燥及び 湿潤時に該表面に付着しかつ該表面の屈曲にもかかわらず亀裂を生じることなく 密着したままである、前記コーティング。 2.該安定化ポリマーが架橋性であり、該安定化ポリマーの架橋剤を更に含む、 請求項1記載のコーティング。 3.該架橋剤がエポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂、他のアミノ樹脂、及びフェノール 樹脂からなる群より選ばれる、請求項1記載のコーティング。 4.該安定化ポリマーがカルボキシル官能基、ヒドロキシル官能基、アミド官能 基、又はメチロール官能基を有するアクリルポリマーからなる群より選ばれた少 なくとも1成分を有する、請求項1記載のコーティング。 5.該医用器具の該表面がステンレス鋼、ニッケル、金、クロム、ニッケルチタ ン合金、白金、他の金属、シリコーン、ポリエチレン、他のポリオレフィン、ポ リアミド、ポリエステル、他のプラスチック、ガラス、ポリウレタン、アセター ル、及びポリ塩化ビニルからなる群より選ばれた材料を含む、請求項1記載のコ ーティング。 6.該医用器具が針、ガイドワイヤ、カテーテル、手術用器械、内視鏡検査用器 具、ワイヤ、ステント、血管形成術バルーン、創傷ドレーン、創傷保護材、動静 脈シャント、胃腸用チューブ、尿道用インサート、腹腔鏡検査用器具、ペレット 、及びインプラントからなる群より選ばれる、請求項1記載のコーティング。 7.該安定化ポリマーがメチルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、イソブ チルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、メチルアクリレート、エチルアク リレート、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、スチレンメタクリレート、及びスチレン アクリレート、及びそのコポリマーからなる群より選ばれた架橋性アクリルポリ マーである、請求項1記載のコーティング。 8.該生物活性剤が薬剤、塩、浸透剤、及びオリゴヌクレオチドからなる群より 選ばれる、請求項1記載のコーティング。 9.界面活性剤、着色剤、及び可塑剤からなる群より選ばれた添加剤を更に含む 、請求項1記載のコーティング。 10.異なる割合の該安定化ポリマーと該活性剤を有する内部層及び外部層を含む 、請求項1記載のコーティング。 11.厚さが約50ミクロン未満である、請求項1記載のコーティング。 12.該活性剤が親水性ポリマーであり、コーティングがヒドロゲルである、請求 項1記載のコーティング。 13.該活性剤が生物活性剤である、請求項1記載のコーティング。 14.生物活性剤を含む、請求項12記載のコーティング。 15.湿潤摩耗に抵抗し、ステンレス鋼に被覆した場合に屈曲にもかかわらず密着 したままである、請求項1記載のコーティング。 16.安定化ポリマーの選択が該安定化ポリマーが該基質中に存在するかに依存し ない、請求項1記載のコーティング。 17.不活性表面を有する医用器具を被覆する方法であって、 架橋性アクリルポリマー及びメタクリルポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリ マー、スチレンアクリルコポリマー、酢酸ビニルポリマー及びコポリマー、ビニ ルアセタールポリマー及びコポリマー、エポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂、他のアミ ノ樹脂、フェノールポリマー、そのコポリマー、及び組合わせからなる群より選 ばれた安定化ポリマーを含むコーティング液を該表面に被覆する工程、 該安定化ポリマーと相互作用して潤滑性ヒドロゲルを生成する親水性ポリマー 、及び生物活性剤、及び組合わせからなる群より選ばれた活性剤を含むコーティ ング液を被覆する工程、及び 該活性剤が該安定化ポリマーにからみつき、該コーティングが乾燥及び湿潤時 に該表面に付着かつ該表面の屈曲にもかかわらず密着したままになるように、乾 燥して液体を除去する工程 を含む、前記方法。 18.単一コーティング液が該安定化ポリマーと該活性剤の双方を含む、請求項17 記載のコーティング。 19.該被覆工程が浸漬、吹付け、刷毛塗り、又はすり込み塗りを含む、請求項17 記載の方法。 20.該被覆工程前にガスプラズマ又は他のイオン化処理により該医用器具の該表 面を前処理する工程を更に含む、請求項17記載の方法。 21.該乾燥工程が該コーティングを少なくとも約50℃に加熱する工程を含む、請 求項17記載の方法。 22.架橋性アクリルポリマー及びメタクリルポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポ リマー、スチレンアクリルコポリマー、酢酸ビニルポリマー及びコポリマー、ビ ニルアセタールポリマー及びコポリマー、エポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂、他のア ミノ樹脂、フェノールポリマー、そのコポリマー、及び組合わせからなる群より 選ばれた表面ポリマーを含む医用器具を被覆する方法であって、該器具表面を侵 すことができる溶媒、及び該表面ポリマーと相互作用して潤滑性ヒドロゲルを生 成するように選ばれた親水性ポリマー、及び生物活性剤、及び組合わせからなる 群より選ばれた活性剤を含むコーティング液を被覆する工程、及び該活性剤が該 表面ポリマーにからみつき、該コーティングが乾燥及び湿潤時に該表面に付着し かつ該医用器具の屈曲にもかかわらず密着したままになるように該コーティング 液を乾燥する工程を含む、前記方法。 23.医用器具にコーティングを被覆するためのキットであって、 架橋性アクリルポリマー及びメタクリルポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリ マー、スチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、酢酸ビニルポリマー及びコポリマー、ビ ニルアセタールポリマー及びコポリマー、エポキシ樹脂、メラミン樹脂、他のア ミノ樹脂、フェノールポリマー、そのコポリマー、及び組合わせからなる群より 選ばれた安定化ポリマーを含む液体;及び 該安定化ポリマーと相互作用して潤滑性ヒドロゲルを生成するように選ばれた 親水性ポリマー、及び生物活性剤、及び組合わせからなる群より選ばれた活性剤 を含む液体 を含み、これらの液体が同じか又は別個であり、該安定化ポリマー及び該活性剤 が該医用器具上に湿潤及び乾燥接着性を有する可撓性密着コーティングを生成す るように選ばれる、前記キット。 24.該液体が別個のものである、請求項23記載のキット。 25.該活性剤を含む該液体が安定化ポリマーを更に含む、請求項24記載のキット 。 26.該安定化ポリマーを含む該液体が活性剤を更に含む、請求項24記載のキット 。 27.1種又は複数の該液体が水、キシレン、テトラヒドロフラン、シクロヘキサ ノン、エタノール、ブチロラクトン、ブタノール、トリクロロ酢酸、ベンジルア ルコール、酢酸イソブチル、メチルエチルケトン、アロマチック150、トルエン 、及びブチルセロソルブからなる群より選ばれた溶媒を含む、請求項23記載のキ ット。 28.該安定化ポリマー液が架橋性アクリル水性分散液である、請求項23記載のキ ット。 29.該安定化ポリマー用架橋剤を含む液体を含む、請求項23記載のキット。
