Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 600℃以上の温度で乾燥させ、表面に活性度が大きいシロキサン基を 有するシリカをアルコキシシラン基を有するメタロセン触媒と反応させる段階を 含む担持メタロセン触媒の製造方法。 2. 600℃以上の温度で乾燥させ、表面に活性度の大きいシロキサン基を 有するシリカをアルコキシシラン基を有するメタロセン触媒と反応させて製造さ れた担持メタロセン触媒と助触媒とを用いてオレフィン単量体を重合する段階を 含むオレフィン単量体の重合方法。 3. 600℃以上の温度で乾燥させ、表面に活性度の大きいシロキサン基を 有するシリカを下記の一般式2または一般式3の化合物のR3、R4及びBにおけ る水素ラジカルを下記の一般式1の少なくとも一つ以上のラジカルに置換するこ とによって製造されたメタロセン化合物と接触させることにより担持触媒が製造 され、助触媒が一般式4または一般式5で表示される化合物またはそれらの混合 物である請求項2に記載のオレフィン単量体の重合方法。 一般式1 ここで、 R1は水素ラジカル、炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカル、アリールアルキ ルラジカル、アルキルアリールラジカル、アリールラジカル、またはハロゲンラ ジカル及び炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシラジカルからなる群より選択され、 R2は炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカル、アリールアルキルラジカル、ア ルキルアリールラジカル及びアリールラジカルからなる群より選択され; 一般式2 一般式3 ここで、 Mは周期律表のIVB族の遷移金属であり、 (C5R3 m)と(C5R3 n)は、同一であるか異なることがある、それぞれのR3 が水素ラジカル、炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカル、アリールアルキルラ ジカル、アルキルアリールラジカル、アリールラジカルまたはハロゲンラジカル 、及び炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシラジカル、またはハイドロカルビル基(h ydrocarbyl group)に置換された14族金属のメタロイドラジ カル、シクロペンタジエニルまたは置換されたシクロペンタジエニル、または隣 接する二つの原子がハイドロカルビルラジカルによって連結されて4乃至8角の 炭素環を作ったシクロペンタジエニルまたは置換されたシクロペンタジエニルリ ガンドであり、 Bは、炭素数1乃至4のアルキレンラジカル、またはジアルキルシリコンラジ カル、ジアルキルゲルマニウムラジカル、アルキルホスフィンラジカルまたはア ミンラジカルからなる群より選択される、二つのシクロペンタジエニルリガンド またはシクロペンタジエニルリガンドとJR4 Z-Yとを共有結合によってつなぐ橋 であり、 R4は、水素ラジカル、炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカル、アルケニルラ ジカル、アリールアルキルラジカル、アルキルアリールラジカル、アリールラジ カルでからんる群より選択され、 Jは、周期律表のVA族元素であるかVIA族元素であり、 Qは、それぞれ同一であるか異なるハロゲンラジカルであるか、炭素数1乃至 20のアルキルラジカル、アルケニルラジカル、アリールアルキルラジカル、ア ルキルアリールラジカル、アリールラジカルまたはアルキリデンラジカルであり 、 Lは、ルイス塩基であり、wは0より大きく、 sは、0であるか1であり、pは、0、1または2であり、 pが0であればsは0であり、sが1であればmは4であり、sが0であれば mは5であり、 zは、Jの原子価数で、VA族元素に対しては3であり、VIA族元素に対し ては2であり、 xは0であるか1であり、 xが0であればnは5、yは1であり、 xが1であればnは4、yは2である。 一般式4 ここで、 それぞれ同一であるか異なることがあるR5は、ハロゲンラジカル、炭素数1 乃至20のハイドロカルビルラジカルまたは炭素数1乃至20のハロゲンに置換 されたハイドロカルビルラジカルからなる群より選択され、 aは2以上の定数であり、この化合物は線型、円型または網型で存在可能であ る。 一般式5 ここで、 R5は前記一般式4の場合と同一に定義され、三つのR5はそれぞれ同様である か異なることがある。 4. 前記一般式2で示される化合物のR3及びBが前記一般式1に記載のラ ジカルに置換された化合物である請求項3に記載のオレフィン単量体の重合方法 。 5. 前記一般式2で示される化合物がsは0であり、pは1である化合物で ある請求項4に記載の方法。 6. 600℃以上の温度で乾燥させ、表面に活性度の大きいシロキサン基を 有するシリカを下記の一般式2または3に記載の化合物のR3、R4及びBで水素 ラジカルを下記の一般式1に記載の少なくも一つ以上のラジカルに置換されるこ とによって製造されたメタロセン化合物と接触させることにより担持触媒が製造 され、助触媒が下記の一般式6で示される化合物である請求項2に記載のオレフ ィン単量体の重合方法。 一般式1 ここで、 R1は水素ラジカル、炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカル、アリールアルキ ルラジカル、アルキルアリールラジカル、アリールラジカル、またはハロゲンラ ジカル及び炭素数1乃至20のアルコキシラジカルからなる群より選択され、 R2は炭素数1乃至20のアルキルラジカル、アリールアルキルラジカル、ア ルキルアリールラジカル及びアリールラジカルからなる群より選択され; 一般式2 一般式3 ここで、一般式1、2及び3は請求項3に定義した通りであり、 一般式6 ここで、Lは中性または陽イオン性ルイス塩基であり、Hは水素原子であり、 Nは13族元素であり、 互いに同様であるか異なることがあるそれぞれのEは炭素数6乃至20を有す るアリールラジカルに一つ以上の水素ラジカルがハロゲンラジカル、アルコキシ ラジカルまたはフェノキシラジカルに置換されたものである。 7.前記一般式2で示される化合物のR3及びBが前記一般式1に記載のラジ カルに置換された化合物である請求項6に記載のオレフィン単量体の重合方法。 8.前記一般式2で示される化合物がsは0であり、pは1である化合物で ある請求項6に記載のオレフィン単量体の重合方法。
