Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 シートの高さを低く押さえる。車体の床面の
使用面積を広くするのを防止する。車体の床面に段差を
有する場合にも左右スライド装置を簡易に設置する。シ
ートの重量を減少させる。前後スライド量を大きくして
も左右スライド装置が露出するのを防止する。 【解決手段】 前後スライド装置２１の左右一対のアッ
パーレール２３間に設けられた前後一対の固定レール３
２と、固定レール３２に対して左右方向にスライド可能
に設けられた前後一対の可動レール３３とからなる左右
スライド装置３１を備える。少なくとも後部の固定レー
ル３２を略Ｔ字状に形成する。可動レール３３を略下向
きコ字状を呈する本体部３３ａと前後一対の下端部３３
ｄとから形成する。前後一対の可動レール３３をシート
クッション１２のシートフレーム４１の前後フレームに
構成する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、車両用シートに関
し、更に詳細に説明すると、シート載置用床面の前後方
向に埋設される左右一対のロアーレールと、該ロアーレ
ール上で長手方向に摺動自在に案内支持される左右一対
のアッパーレールからなる前後スライド装置と、前記左
右一対のアッパーレール間に設けられた前後一対の固定
レールと、該固定レールに対して左右方向にスライド可
能に設けられた前後一対の可動レールとからなる左右ス
ライド装置とを備える車両用シートに関する。

【従来の技術】一般に、車両用シートは、シートクッシ
ョン及びその後方で回動調整自在に立設されたシートバ
ック等からなるシート本体を備えてなり、且つこのシー
ト本体を構成するシートクッション等を車体床面上で前
後スライド装置を介して支持することにより、車体の前
後方向にスライド移動調整し得るように構成され、車室
内のシートのレイアウトを種々に変更し得るように形成
されている。
【０００３】このようなシートの前後スライド装置は、
一般的には車体床面側に前後方向に形成されるロアーレ
ールとシート本体側に取付け固定されるアッパーレール
から形成されている。また図３（ａ），（ｂ）に示す如
く、車体の床面４に固定レール３と可動レール５とから
なる前後一対の左右スライド装置１を設け、この左右ス
ライド装置１の前後の可動レール５の両端に左右一対の
前後スライド装置７のロアーレール８を設け、この左右
一対のロアーレール８に前後方向に摺動自在に案内支持
される左右一対のアッパーレール９を設け、このアッパ
ーレール９にシートクッションのシートフレーム１０が
アッパーレール９に固着されたブラケット９ａ等に固着
されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】然し乍ら、上述したよ
うな従来の車両用シートの左右スライド装置１と前後ス
ライド装置７を用いる場合には、前後スライド装置７の
下部に横方向に長い左右スライド装置１を設置している
ため、シートクッションの高さが高くなる欠点を有し、
また車体の床面４の使用面積が広くなり、車体の床面４
の制約が多くなる欠点を有していた。また前後スライド
量を大きくすると、左右スライド装置１がシートクッシ
ョンの下方から露出する欠点を有していた。またシート
の重量が増大しコスト的にも安価な構成を得ることがで
きないものであった。
【０００５】本発明の目的は、シートクッションの高さ
を低く押さえることができ、車体の床面の使用面積を広
くする虞れがなく、また前後スライド量を大きくして
も、左右スライド装置がシートクッションの下方から露
出する虞れがなく、ホイールハウス等により車体の床面
に段差を有する場合にも左右スライド装置を簡易に設置
することができ、シートの重量を減少させ、コスト的に
も安価な構成を得ることができる車両用シートを提供す
るものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上述せる課題に
鑑みてなされたもので、本発明の請求項１に記載の車両
用シートは、シート載置用床面の前後方向に配設される
左右一対のロアーレールと、該ロアーレール上で長手方
向に摺動自在に案内支持される左右一対のアッパーレー
ルからなる前後スライド装置と、前記左右一対のアッパ
ーレール間に設けられた前後一対の固定レールと、該固
定レールに対して左右方向にスライド可能に設けられた
前後一対の可動レールとからなる左右スライド装置とを
備える車両用シートにおいて、前記左右スライド装置の
可動レールは略下向きコ字状を呈する本体部と、該本体
部の両側部下端側から内方に延設され開口部を形成する
前後一対の下端部とを備え、前記前後一対の可動レール
がシートクッションの前後フレームを構成していること
を特徴とする。
【０００７】本発明の請求項２に記載の車両用シート
は、シート載置用床面の前後方向に配設される左右一対
のロアーレールと、該ロアーレール上で長手方向に摺動
自在に案内支持される左右一対のアッパーレールからな
る前後スライド装置と、前記左右一対のアッパーレール
間に設けられた前後一対の固定レールと、該固定レール
に対して左右方向にスライド可能に設けられた前後一対
の可動レールとからなる左右スライド装置とを備える車
両用シートにおいて、前記前後スライド装置のロアーレ
ールは、略上向きコ字状を呈する本体部と、該本体部の
両側部先端側から内方に延設され開口部を形成する左右
一対の上側部とを備え、前記アッパーレールは、前記ロ
アーレールに組付けられるような本体部と、該本体部の
中央より上方に突出し、前記ロアーレールの上側部の開
口部より上方に突出する垂直壁を有し、前記左右スライ
ド装置の少なくとも後部の固定レールは略Ｔ字状に形成
され、前記可動レールは略下向きコ字状を呈する本体部
と、該本体部の両側部下端側から内方に延設され開口部
を形成する前後一対の下端部とを備え、前記前後一対の
可動レールの両端部に側部フレームが固着され、前記前
後一対の可動レールと両側部フレームによりシートクッ
ションのシートフレームを構成していることを特徴とす
る。

【発明の実施の形態】以下本発明に係わる車両用シート
を図面を参照して詳述する。図１及び図２は本発明に係
わる車両用シートの実施の形態を夫々示すもので、図１
には本発明の要部とする車両用シートのシートフレーム
構成及び前後スライド装置，左右スライド装置の斜視図
が示され、図２には同、一部側面図が示されている。
【０００９】車両用シート１１はシートクッション１２
及びシートバック等により構成されるが、シートバック
の図示説明は省略する。シートクッション１２と車体床
面４との間には前後スライド装置２１及び左右スライド
装置３１が介在して設けられ、車両用シート１１のシー
トクッション１２及びシートバックを車両用シートの前
後方向及び左右方向に摺動自在に支持している。尚、左
右スライド装置３１を作動させる際にセンターシート等
を脱着し、または前後に移動させることにより左右方向
のスペースを確保するものである。
【００１０】前後スライド装置２１はシート載置用床面
４の前後方向に長く配設されるロアーレール２２と、こ
のロアーレール２２上で長手方向に摺動自在に案内支持
されるアッパーレール２３を備えている。この前後スラ
イド装置２１がシート載置用床面４に設けられることに
より、従来の床面４に左右スライド装置３１を有する車
両用シート１１を設けることができる。
【００１１】この前後スライド装置２１はアルミダイキ
ャスト，マグネシュウム合金等の軽合金から押し出し成
形して形成されている。ロアーレール２２の前後位置に
は前脚２５及び後脚２６が設けられている。尚、前脚２
５及び後脚２６を省略して直接ロアーレール２２を床面
４に固着してもよい。
【００１２】前記前後スライド装置２１のロアーレール
２２は、略上向きコ字状を呈する本体部２２ａと、この
本体部２２ａの両側部の先端側から内方に屈折されて延
設され開口部２２ｅを形成する左右一対の上側部２２
ｄ，２２ｄとを備えている。
【００１３】前記前後スライド装置２１のアッパーレー
ル２３は、ロアーレール２２に組付けられるような本体
部２３ａと、この本体部２３ａの中央より上方に突出
し、前記ロアーレール２２の上側部２２ｄ，２２ｄの開
口部２２ｅより上方に突出する垂直壁２３ｅを有してい
る。
【００１４】図１に示す如く、前後スライド装置２１は
ロック機構により前後位置調整され、このロック機構は
操作レバー２８の操作によりロック解除される。また前
記左右一対のアッパーレール２３間に前後一対の左右ス
ライド装置３１が設けられている。
【００１５】前記前後一対の左右スライド装置３１は前
後の左右スライド装置３１の高さが異なるものであって
もよい。この左右スライド装置３１は前後一対の固定レ
ール３２と、この固定レール３２に対して左右方向にス
ライド可能に設けられた前後一対の可動レール３３とか
らなる。
【００１６】図２に示す如く、左右スライド装置３１の
少なくとも後部の固定レール３２は断面略Ｔ字状に形成
され、垂直部３２ａがブラケット３５によりアッパーレ
ール２３の垂直壁２３ｅに固着されている。また前記可
動レール３３は略下向きコ字状を呈する本体部３３ａ
と、この本体部３３ａの両側部下端側から内方に延設さ
れ開口部３３ｅを形成する前後一対の下端部３３ｄとを
備えている。尚、固定レール３２は略Ｔ字状に形成され
るものに限定されるものではない。
【００１７】前記左右スライド装置３１の可動レール３
３の本体部３３ａに固定レール３２の略Ｔ字状の水平部
３２ｂが嵌合している。前記固定レール３２の垂直部３
２ａの長さを調整することにより前後の左右スライド装
置３１の高さを異なるものとすることができる。また左
右スライド装置３１はロック機構により左右位置調整さ
れ、このロック機構は操作レバー３７の操作によりロッ
ク解除される。
【００１８】前記左右スライド装置３１の可動レール３
３はシートクッション１２の前後フレームを構成してい
る。即ち、シートクッション１２のシートフレーム４１
は前後一対の可動レール３３とパネル状の両側部フレー
ム４３により形成されている。前記両側部フレーム４３
の前後位置には凹部４４が形成され、この凹部４４に可
動レール３３の本体部３３ａが嵌合され、溶着等により
固着されている。また両側部フレーム４３の中央位置に
横杆４５の両端が固着され、更に両側部フレーム４３の
前後位置、及び着座部に対応して複数の横方向に延びる
ワイヤーフレーム４７が固着されている。
【００１９】また左右スライド装置３１の前後の可動レ
ール３３間には適宜の間隔で前後方向に延びる複数のワ
イヤーフレーム４９が前記横方向に延びるワイヤーフレ
ーム４７に固着され、図示しないパッド材が載置され
る。またシートフレーム４１の外周縁に沿ってトリム用
のワイヤー５１が固着されている。
【００２０】尚、本発明は上述した実施例構造に限定さ
れず、前後スライド装置２１及び左右スライド装置３１
の各部の形状、構造等を、必要に応じて適宜変形、変更
することは自由であり、前述したような各レールの形状
や材質を始め、種々の変形例が考えられよう。

【発明の効果】以上が本発明に係る車両用シートの実施
の形態であるが、請求項１記載の車両用シートによれ
ば、左右スライド装置の可動レールは略下向きコ字状を
呈する本体部と、該本体部の両側部下端側から内方に延
設され開口部を形成する前後一対の下端部とを備え、前
記前後一対の可動レールがシートクッションの前後フレ
ームを構成しているので、シートクッションの高さを低
く押さえることができ、車体の床面の使用面積を広くす
る虞れがなく、また前後スライド量を大きくしても、左
右スライド装置がシートクッションの下方から露出する
虞れがなく、ホイールハウス等により車体の床面に段差
を有する場合にも簡易に設置することができ、シートの
重量を減少させ、コスト的にも安価な構成を得ることが
できる。
【００２２】また、本発明の請求項２に記載の車両用シ
ートによれば、前後スライド装置のロアーレールは、略
上向きコ字状を呈する本体部と、該本体部の両側部先端
側から内方に延設され開口部を形成する左右一対の上側
部とを備え、前記アッパーレールは、前記ロアーレール
に組付けられるような本体部と、該本体部の中央より上
方に突出し、前記ロアーレールの上側部の開口部より上
方に突出する垂直壁を有し、前記左右スライド装置の少
なくとも後部の固定レールは略Ｔ字状に形成され、前記
可動レールは略下向きコ字状を呈する本体部と、該本体
部の両側部下端側から内方に延設され開口部を形成する
前後一対の下端部とを備え、前記前後一対の可動レール
の両端部に側部フレームが固着され、前記前後一対の可
動レールと両側部フレームによりシートクッションのシ
ートフレームを構成しているので、シートクッションの
高さを低く押さえることができ、車体の床面の使用面積
を広くする虞れがなく、また前後スライド量を大きくし
ても、左右スライド装置がシートクッションの下方から
露出する虞れがなく、ホイールハウス等により車体の床
面に段差を有する場合にも左右スライド装置の固定レー
ルの略Ｔ字状の垂直部の長さを調整することにより簡易
に設置することができ、シートの重量を減少させ、コス
ト的にも安価な構成を得ることができる。
【００２３】本発明によれば、シートクッションの高さ
を低く押さえることができ、車体の床面の使用面積を広
くする虞れがなく、また前後スライド量を大きくして
も、左右スライド装置がシートクッションの下方から露
出する虞れがなく、ホイールハウス等により車体の床面
に段差を有する場合にも左右スライド装置を簡易に設置
することができ、シートの重量を減少させ、コスト的に
も安価な構成を得ることができる車両用シートを得るこ
とができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 シート載置用床面の前後方向に配設され
    る左右一対のロアーレールと、該ロアーレール上で長手
    方向に摺動自在に案内支持される左右一対のアッパーレ
    ールからなる前後スライド装置と、前記左右一対のアッ
    パーレール間に設けられた前後一対の固定レールと、該
    固定レールに対して左右方向にスライド可能に設けられ
    た前後一対の可動レールとからなる左右スライド装置と
    を備える車両用シートにおいて、 前記左右スライド装置の可動レールは略下向きコ字状を

    ームを構成していることを特徴とする車両用シート。
  2. 【請求項２】 シート載置用床面の前後方向に配設され
    る左右一対のロアーレールと、該ロアーレール上で長手
    方向に摺動自在に案内支持される左右一対のアッパーレ
    ールからなる前後スライド装置と、前記左右一対のアッ
    パーレール間に設けられた前後一対の固定レールと、該
    固定レールに対して左右方向にスライド可能に設けられ
    た前後一対の可動レールとからなる左右スライド装置と
    を備える車両用シートにおいて、 前記前後スライド装置のロアーレールは、略上向きコ字
    状を呈する本体部と、該本体部の両側部先端側から内方
    に延設され開口部を形成する左右一対の上側部とを備
    え、前記アッパーレールは、前記ロアーレールに組付け
    られるような本体部と、該本体部の中央より上方に突出
    し、前記ロアーレールの上側部の開口部より上方に突出
    する垂直壁を有し、 前記左右スライド装置の少なくとも後部の固定レールは
    略Ｔ字状に形成され、前記可動レールは略下向きコ字状
    を呈する本体部と、該本体部の両側部下端側から内方に
    延設され開口部を形成する前後一対の下端部とを備え、
    前記前後一対の可動レールの両端部に側部フレームが固
    着され、前記前後一対の可動レールと両側部フレームに
    よりシートクッションのシートフレームを構成している
    ことを特徴とする車両用シート。
