Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 電気的/電子的な要素(42、44、46、48、50)と、電動モー タ(103、124、148、156)によって駆動される少なくとも1つの機 械的な駆動装置(100、102、170)とを備えるプラスチック処理機械用 の冷却装置(10)であって、該冷却装置(10)が、 (a) 液体の熱伝達媒体と、 (b) 前記モータ(103、124、148、156)のステータハウジン グに組み込まれた熱交換器(38)と、 (c) プラスチック処理機械の前記電気的/電子的な要素(42、44、4 6、48、50)用の取付面の役割を果たすチルプレート(22)と、 (d) 前記熱交換器(38)及びチルプレート(22)に前記液体の熱伝達 媒体を循環させ、これにより、前記モータ(103、124、148、156) 、及び、前記電気的/電子的な要素(42、44、46、48、50)の作動に よって発生された熱が、前記液体の熱伝達媒体によって吸収され、ヒートシンク (21)に放出されるようにする回路手段(12、14、16、20)とを備え ることを特徴とする、冷却装置(10)。 2. 請求項1の冷却装置(10)において、前記チルプレート(22)が、 (a) 前記液体の熱伝達媒体を循環させるための内部流通路(30)を有す る、金属製の胴部と、 (b) 前記金属製の胴部の中に収容された電気的な要素(34、36)とを 備えており、該電気的な要素は、該電気的な要素(34、36)と前記チルプレ ート(22)との間の熱伝達を最適化し、また、前記電気的な要素(34、36 )は、前記循環される液体の熱伝達媒体と接触しないように、前記胴部の中に位 置していることを特徴とする、冷却装置(10)。 3. 請求項2の冷却装置(10)において、モータハウジングの中の前記熱 交換器(38)が、前記液体の熱伝達媒体を前記ステータハウジング(38)に 循環させるための流通路手段(40、62、64)を収容するシリンダを備える ことを特徴とする、冷却装置(10)。 4. 請求項3の冷却装置(10)において、前記シリンダは、鋳造アルミニ ウムであり、前記流通路手段は、螺旋状に形成され、且つ、入口(62)及び出 口(64)で終端となっている、ステンレス鋼のチューブを含むことを特徴とす る、冷却装置(10)。 5. 請求項1の冷却装置(10)において、前記回路手段が、 (a) 前記液体の熱伝達媒体用のリザーバ(12)と、 (b) 前記リザーバ(12)に接続されるポンプ(14)と、 (c) 前記ポンプから出た流れを別個の流れに分けて、前記モータの熱交換 器(38)及び前記チルプレート(22)に供給するための、分流手段(20) と、 (d) 前記モータの熱交換器(38)及び前記チルプレート(22)を通っ て循環した後の前記液体の熱伝達媒体を受け取り、前記回路手段の外部のヒート シンク(21)に潜熱を放出するための、熱交換手段(16)とを備えることを 特徴とする、冷却装置(10)。 6. 請求項5の冷却装置(10)において、前記回路手段が更に、前記液体 の熱伝達媒体の温度制御を行うための節水弁(18)を備えており、これにより 、前記液体の熱伝達媒体は、前記熱交換手段(16)から出て、所望の温度で前 記リザーバ(12)に戻るように構成されたことを特徴とする、冷却装置(10 )。 7. 電子的なドライバモジュール(44、46、48、50)を含む電動モ ータ(103、124、148、156)によって駆動される少なくとも1つ機 械的な装置(100、102、170)を備えるプラスチック処理機械において 、前記モータ(103、124、148、156)及び前記電子的なドライバ( 44、46、48、50)を冷却するための方法であって、 (a) 冷却剤流通路(40)を有するステータハウジング(38)を備える モータ(103、124、148、156)を準備する工程と、 (b) 冷却剤流通路(30)を有するチルプレート(22)に前記電子的な ドライバ(44、46、48、50)を取り付ける工程と、 (c) 前記モータハウジング(38)の流通路(40)及び前記チルプレー ト(22)の流通路(30)に、液体冷却剤の供給源を接続する工程と、 (d)前記モータハウジング(38)及び前記チルプレート(22)の流通路 (40、30)に、前記液体冷却を循環させる工程とを備えることを特徴とする 、方法。
