Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電磁弁であって、該電磁弁が、弁閉鎖体を作動させるための可動子と、該 可動子を作動させるためのコイルと、内部に前記弁閉鎖体が位置しており且つ底 部に当該電磁弁用の弁座を有する通流開口が設けられたポット形のスリーブとを 有している形式のものにおいて、 ポット形のスリーブ(46)の底部(44)が、電磁弁(10)用の通流開口 (50)の側方に、逆止弁用の、少なくとも1つの別の通流開口(58)を有し ており、該通流開口が、逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(56)によって閉鎖可能であること を特徴とする、組込み逆止弁を備えた電磁弁。 2.ポット形のスリーブ(46)が、切削加工無しで製作された薄板成形部材 である、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 3.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(56)が、ポット形のスリーブ(46)の底部(44 )の、電磁弁(10)の弁閉鎖体(40)とは反対の側に配置されている、請求 項1記載の電磁弁。 4.電磁弁(10)が、軸方向の貫通孔(14)を備えたロッド形の基体(1 2)を有しており、前記貫通孔が、弁プランジャ(22)によって貫通係合され ており、該弁プランジャが、基体(12)の一方の端 面に位置する可動子(20)を、前記基体(12)の他方の端面に設けられた弁 閉鎖体(40)に接続しており、ポット形のスリーブ(46)が、基体(12) の、弁閉鎖体(40)に面した側に取り付けられている、請求項1記載の電磁弁 。 5.ポット形のスリーブ(46)の底部(44)が、逆止弁用の複数の通流開 口(58)を有しており、これらの通流開口が、所定の円に沿って電磁弁(10 )の通流開口(50)を取り囲んで配置されている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 6.逆止弁用の通流開口(58)が、当該逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(56)に向かっ て突出しているカラー(60)を弁座として有している、請求項1記載の電磁弁 。 7.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(56;70)が環状に形成されている、請求項1記載 の電磁弁。 8.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(70)が薄板部材である、請求項7記載の電磁弁。 9.弁閉鎖体(70)がスペーサ(68;74)を有している、請求項8記載 の電磁弁。 10.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(56)が、フイルタスクリーン(54)のフレームと して形成されている、請求項7記載の電磁弁。 11.逆止弁が、該逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(56)を、ポット形のスリーブ(46) の底部(44)の方へ押圧 する閉鎖ばね部材(61)を有している、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 12.内側に向かって突入しているばね舌片(61)を逆止弁用の閉鎖ばね部材 として有する管状のスリーブ(59)が、ポット形のスリーブ(46)に取り付 けられている、請求項11記載の電磁弁。 13.ポット形のスリーブ(46)が、電磁弁(10)の挿入可能な液圧ブロッ ク(32)の止り穴(30)におけるシール用のプレス嵌め部を有している、請 求項1記載の電磁弁。 14.止り穴(30)が、液圧ブロック(32)の材料の変形加工により製作さ れた、ポット形のスリーブ(46)におけるシールのための半径方向カラー(5 2)を有している、請求項13記載の電磁弁。 15.ポット形のスリーブ(46)の底部(44)に設けられた通流開口(50 )が、絞り箇所(51)として形成されている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 16.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(70)が、電磁弁用の絞り(72)を有している、請 求項1記載の電磁弁。 17.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(70)が、軸方向の遊びを以てプラスチック部材(6 3)内に配置されており、該プラスチック部材がポット形のスリーブ(46)に 取り付けられている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 18.逆止弁の弁閉鎖体(70)が弁座(60)から持ち上げられた場合に、前 記弁閉鎖体の周流を可能に する通流部(66)をプラスチック部材(63)が有している、請求項17記載 の電磁弁。 19.プラスチック部材(63)が、電磁弁(10)の挿入可能な液圧ブロック (32)の止り穴(30)におけるシール用のプレス嵌め部を有している、請求 項17記載の電磁弁。
