Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 約10,000ないし約40,000の範囲のおおよその重量平均分子 量を有する約5ないし12個の間のPEG分子に共有結合的に結合したTNFを 含んでなる改変されたTNF。 2. 該PEGが約20,000ないし約30,000の範囲のおおよその重 量平均分子量を有する請求の範囲1の改変されたTNF。 3. 該PEGが生体適合性のリンカーを介して該TNFに共有結合的に結合 している請求の範囲1の改変されたTNF。 4. 該リンカーがN−ヒドロキシスクシンイミジルスクシネートである請求 の範囲1の改変されたTNF。 5. 該リンカーがN−スクシンイミジルプロピオネートである請求の範囲1 の改変されたTNF。 6. 該TNFが約5ないし9個のPEG分子に共有結合的に結合している請 求の範囲1の改変されたTNF。 7. 該TNFがTNF上の第一級アミンを介して該PEG分子に共有結合的 に結合している請求の範囲1の改変されたTNF。 8. 該TNFがTNF−αである請求の範囲1の改変されたTNF。 9. 該TNFが単離されたヒトTNFである請求の範囲1の改変されたTN F。 10. 該TNFが組み換えヒトTNFである請求の範囲1の改変されたTN F。 11. 約10,000ないし約40,000の範囲のおおよその重量平均分 子量を有する約5ないし12個の間のPEG分子をTNFに共有結合的に結合す ることにより該TNFを改変することを含んでなるT NFの循環半減期を増大する方法。 12. ----おおよその----を有する約5ないし12個の間のPEG分子をT NFに共有結合的に結合することにより該TNFを改変することを含んでなるT NFの殺腫瘍活性を高める方法。 13. 請求の範囲1の改変されたTNFの治療的に有効な量を腫瘍を患って いる患者に投与することを含んでなる該患者の処置方法。 14. 該腫瘍が黒色腫である請求の範囲13の方法。 15. 該腫瘍が結腸癌である請求の範囲13の方法。 16. 該腫瘍が腎臓癌である請求の範囲13の方法。 17. 該腫瘍が乳癌である請求の範囲13の方法。
