Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属製軸受部品および電極手段によって形成された、電解液の供給される細 い隙間に電流を流す電解加工により、軸受リング、ころエレメント、および動圧 軸受のシャフトからなるグループから選択した金属製軸受部品にテクスチャを形 成する方法であって、電極手段と金属製軸受部品との間にリボンを設け、前記リ ボンは穴を備えた可撓性かつほぼ非導電性の材料を含み、前記リボンを、その長 さの一部にわたって金属製軸受部品と直接接触するように置き、接触ゾーンを決 め、その隙間に電流を流すことを特徴とする方法。 2.接触ゾーンでリボンを金属製軸受部品と同じ速度および方向に動かしながら 、前記金属製軸受部品をその軸の周りで回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の方法。 3.リボンとして、セグメントを少なくとも2つ有し、穴のないセグメントが穴 の空いたセグメントと隣接し、前記穴の空いたセグメントの長さが、加工しよう とする軸受部品の円周に等しい、またはその倍数となるリボンを使用することを 特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.リボンとしてインジケータ手段を有するものを使用し、検出手段がそのイン ジケータ手段を検出し、インジケータ手段の位置に依存する出力信号を出力し、 隙間に流れる電流を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 5.リボンとして、引張り強さの強いプラスチックから構成されるリボンを使用 することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6.リボンの軸受部品側で細くなり、反対側で広くなる穴を有するリボンを使用 することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7.リボンが電極として使用される導電性フィルムと非導電性フィルムのサンド イッチ構造のものを使用し、非導電性フィルムを金属製軸受部品と向き合わせて 使用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.リボンとしてエンドレス・ベルトを使用することを特徴とする請求項1ない し7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.電極手段と、電解液を供給する手段と、金属部片を回転可能に取り付ける手 段とを含む、金属部片、特に軸受部品を電気化学処理し、それに表面テクスチャ を形成する装置であって、金属部片と接触するほぼ非導電性の材料を含むリボン を備え、そのリボンの長さの少なくとも一部分にわたって穴を形成させて電解液 が金属部片と接触することができるようにし、また金属部片と前記電極の間に電 流が流れるようにすることを特徴とする装置。
