Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. プレスした粒状材料から形成した多孔質物品から水不溶性結合剤を除去す る方法において、前記結合剤と反応してその水溶性誘導体を生ずる薬品の水溶液 に前記物品を接触させ、それによって前記結合剤誘導体は前記溶液に実質的に溶 解する、上記方法。 2. 誘導体を加水分解により生成させる、請求項1記載の方法。 3. 結合剤は酸性材料からなり、溶液は水酸化物イオンを含む、請求項1又は 2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 4. 結合剤が脂肪酸からなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 結合剤が更に水溶性材料を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。 6. 親水性材料がポリエチレングリコールである、請求項5記載の方法。 7. 粒状材料がタンタル粉末からなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 8. 物品をキャパシタの電極になるように形成する、請求項1〜7のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 9. 実質的にこれまで記述してきた通りに、プレス済み粒状材料から形成した 多孔質物品から水不溶性結合剤を除去する方法。
