Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 成形、特に、深絞りによって、強度要求または剛性要求に対応して異なる 材料厚を有する金属板成形部材を製造する方法において、金属板材(1)を、そ れ自体は公知の態様で、成形範囲において加熱し、この場合、金属板材(1)の 面積にわたって異なる材料膨張係数を達成するために加熱を部分的にのみまたは 異なる強さで行うことを特徴とする方法。 2. 異なる鋼材料の少なくとも2つの接合した部分鋼板からなる鋼板材(1) の使用を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 異なる金属板厚の少なくとも2つの接合した部分金属板からなる金属板材 (1)の使用を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 金属板材(1)の成形を2工程で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。 5. 2つの成形工程の間で加熱を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法 。 6. 最終圧延工程と金属板材料の以降の加工(コイルの巻取、シートの製造) との間で加熱を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
