Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. A)20〜100g/10分の範囲のメルトフローレート(ASTM-D 1238、条件Lに従 い測定)を有する異相ポリオレフィン組成物(A)を40〜90%および B)部分的に動的に架橋された異相ポリオレフィン組成物(B)を10〜60% (重量パーセント)からなるエラストマー性熱可塑性組成物の混合物。 2. 組成物(A)が60〜80重量%の範囲である請求項1の混合物。 3. 組成物(B)が20〜40重量%の範囲である請求項1の混合物。 4. 組成物(A)が30〜60g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する請求項1 の混合物。 5. 異相ポリオレフィン組成物(A)が、以下のポリマー画分(重量部およびパ ーセント): a)80より大きい、好ましくは90より大きいアイソタクチック指数を有するアイソ タクチックプロピレンホモポリマー、または80より大なる沸騰ヘプタン中のアイ ソタクチック指数を有する、エチレンおよび/もしくは式CH2=CHR[式中、Rは C2〜C8アルキル基である]のC4〜C10α−オレフィンとのプロピレンランダム コポリマー[該画分は、0.8〜1.3dL/gにわたる固有粘度を有する]を10〜40部、 b)室温でキシレンに不溶性な、エチレン含有のコポリマー画分を0〜20部、およ び c)エチレンとプロピレンおよび/または式CH2=CHR[式中、RはC2〜C8アルキル 基である]のC4〜C10α−オレフィンと、任意に少含量のジエンとのコポリマー 画分[該画分は室温でキシレンに可溶性で、35%より少ないか等しいでエチレン を含有する]を40〜95部 からなり、 かつ部分的に動的に架橋された異相ポリオレフィン組成物(B)が、以下のポリ マー画分(重量部およびパーセント): i)80より大きいアイソタクチック指数を有するアイソタクチックプロピレンホモ ポリマー、またはエチレンおよび/もしくは式CH2=CHR[式中、RはC2〜C8アル キル基である]のC4〜C10α−オレフィンとのプロピレンランダムコポリマー[ 該コポリマーは85%より大なるプロピレンを含有し、80より大なる沸騰ヘプタン 中のアイソタクチック指数を有する][該画分は、0.15〜0.6dL/gにわたる固有 粘度を有する]を5〜50部、 ii)エチレン、プロピレンおよび/または式CH2=CHR[式中、RはC2〜C8アルキ ル基である]のC4〜C10α−オレフィンと、任意に少含量のジエンを含有する、 部分的に架橋され室温で部分的にキシレンに可溶性なエラストマー性ポリマー画 分を50〜95%部 からなる [該画分(B)は20〜92%の室温でキシレンに可溶性な画分(I)からなり、 エチレン、プロピレンおよび/または式CH2=CHR[式中、RはC2〜C8アルキル基 である]のC4〜C10α−オレフィンと、任意に少含量のジエンを含有する[該エ チレンは画分(I)中で35%より少ないか等しい量で存在する]] 請求項1の混合物。 6. 成分(A)の画分(a)が0.9〜1.2dL/gの固有粘度を有する請求項5の混合 物。 7. 成分(B)の画分(a)が0.2〜0.5dL/gの固有粘度を有する請求項5の混合 物。 8. 請求項1の混合物から得られる粉体をスラッシュ成形することからなるプロ セス。 9. 粉体粒子の直径が500μmより小さい請求項1のプロセス。 10.請求項1の混合物の粉体でのスラッシュ成形を使用して得られた積層製品。
