Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a) スプリット可能な多成分熱可塑性フィラメントを押出すステップ と、 b) 実質的に機械加工又は高圧水噴射が無い状態で複数のより細い成分フィ ラメントに多成分フィラメントの少なくとも一部をスプリットするステップと、 c) ガス状流を通過させてフィラメントを搬送するステップと、 d) ウェブを形成するために収集表面に、搬送されたフィラメントを置くス テップとを有することを特徴とする連続熱可塑性フィラメントの不織布ウェブの 形成方法。 2. 更にウェブをボンドするステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の方法。 3. ガス状流を通過させてフィラメントを搬送するステップが、スプリット を容易にするためにフィラメントを繊細化及延伸することを含むことを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 4. フィラメントを繊細化及び延伸するステップが、Lurgi管又はスロ ット延伸装置の中で圧縮空気を使用することにより達成されることを特徴とする 請求項3に記載の方法。 5. スプリットとウェブ成形とが、 1) コロナ放電でフィラメントを電気処理するステップと、 2) フィラメントの中に摩擦電気電荷を発生させるステップとから成る群か ら選択された1つのステップにより容易にされることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 6. 使い捨て吸収剤用品、医療バリヤ布、及びろ過媒体から成る群から選択 された請求項1に記載の方法により形成された不織布ウェブを有する製品。 7. 少なくとも第1の成分のフィラメントと第2の成分の別個のフィラメン トとを有し、前記第1及び第2のフィラメントは1つの共通の細管から由来する ことを特徴とする不織布ウェブ。 8. 第1及び第2の成分が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、 ポリカーボネート、ポリウレタン、熱可塑性エラストマ、それらの共重合体、及 びこれらの任意のものと、細管を出た際にスプリットを促進するために重合体、 共重合体、又はエラストマの表面エネルギーを変化させる添加物との混合物から 成る群から選択された重合体成分であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の不織 布ウェブ。 9. 第1及び第2の成分が、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン 、ナイロン、熱可塑性エラストマ、それらの共重合体、及びこれらのものと、細 管を出た際にスプリットを促進するために重合体、共重合体、又はエラストマの 結晶化特性又は電気的導電性を変化させる添加物との混合物とから成る群から選 択された重合体成分である請求項7に記載の不織布ウェブ。 10. 使い捨て吸収剤用品、医療バリヤ布,及びろ過媒体から成る群から選 択された請求項7に記載の不織布ウェブを有する製品。
