Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 管状の外套(4)を有する印刷機のための胴又はシリンダにおいて、胴内部 が少なくとも部分的に発泡金属(13)で充たされていることを特徴とする、印 刷機の胴。 2. 印刷機のための胴(14)であってシリンダ体(16)が発泡金属(13) から成っていることを特徴とする、印刷機の胴。 3. シリンダ体(16)の外周面(21)が熱封されている、請求項2記載の胴 。 4. 胴(1)がゴム胴、版胴又は圧胴として構成されている、請求項1記載の胴 。 5. 胴(14)が紙匹案内胴(14)として構成されている、請求項2及び3記 載の胴。 6. 端面側にて胴(1;14)に軸受ブッシュ(17)が配置されており、この 軸受ブッシュ(17)内にサイドフレーム固定の軸ジャーナル(19)が係合し ている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の胴。 7. それぞれ端面側にて(1;14)に軸ジャーナル(11;12)が配置され ており、各軸ジャーナル(11;12)が胴(1;14)に回動不能に結合され ている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の胴。 8. 胴(1;14)がサイドフレーム固定の軸に回転可能に支承されている、請 求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の胴。 9. 軸ジャーナル(11;12)が互いに固定的に結合されている、請求項5記 載の胴。 10.発泡金属(13)が少なくとも1つの金属粉と少なくとも1つのガス分離さ れた発泡剤粉とから成っている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の胴。 11.発泡金属(13)が多孔質の金属体(13)から成っている、請求項9記載 の胴。 12.発泡金属が完全に、ほぼ又は部分的に鉄金属から、成っている、請求項1又 は2記載の胴。 13.発泡金属が完全に又は主として非鉄金属から成っている、請求項1又は2記 載の胴。 14.印刷機の胴又はシリンダを製造する方法であって、 (イ) 少なくとも1種の金属粉と少なくとも1種のガス分離する発泡剤粉と から成る混合物を製造すること、 (ロ) 金属粉の結合が主として拡散によって行われる温度でかつ発泡剤の分 解を阻止するのに十分に高い圧力で前記混合物を加熱プレスして半製品とし、 (ハ) 製造された多孔質の半製品を管状の外套( 4)に装入するか又は型なしで、発泡剤の分解温度よりも高く、使用された金属 の溶融点の温度範囲にある温度にもたらし、 (ニ) 次いでこのようにして発泡された胴(1;14)を冷却する 以上(イ)、(ロ)、(ハ)、(ニ)のステップから成ることを特徴とする、 印刷機の胴又はシリンダを製造する方法。 15.外半径(ra)に対する内半径(ri)の比(ri/ra)が0.92よりも小 さいか0.92に等しいこと、つまりri/ra≦0.92である、請求項1記載 の胴。 16.管状の外套の内半径ri、外半径ra、長さL及び最大たわみ量Umaxが以下 の関係: Umax=1.25・10-5(L/ra)3/ (1−(ri/ra)4) を有している、請求項1記載の胴。
