Claims (5)
- 第1材料製の第1内管(10)の製作、一定間隔で割り付けられる該第1管上の炭素繊維ベースの複合材料で製作されるスぺーサー(12)の配置、ならびに該スぺーサー廻りに配置される第2材料製の少なくとも第2管(14)の製作の段階が含まれ、該第1あるいは第2管のうちの少なくとも1つが繊維状コイルにより製作されることを特徴とする高剛性管の製造方法
- スぺーサーの埋込み、すき間の充填、および2本の管の回転連結確保用の2本の管(10,14)間の樹脂あるいは混合樹脂の導入を特徴とする請求項1による高剛性管の製造方法
- 管のうちの少なくとも1本およびそのスぺーサーに関しても、押出し引き抜きにより得られる極高弾性係数炭素繊維複合材料が利用されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは請求項2による高剛性管の製造方法
- スぺーサーが押出し引き抜きにより製作されると同時に切断される極高弾性係数の炭素繊維から製作される平板断面から得られることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかの請求項による高剛性管の製造方法
- スぺーサーが扇形状歯輪に形取られて製作されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4までのいずれかの請求項による高剛性管の製造方法
