Description
−第一の材料からなる外管を調製するステップと、
−第二の材料からなる少なくとも一つの内管を調製するステップと、
−少なくとも外管と第一の内管との間にスペーサを配置するステップとを含み、これらのスペーサが複合材料からなることを特徴とする。
−第一の材料からなる外管10を調整し、
−第二の材料からなる少なくとも一つの内管12を調製し、
−少なくとも外管10と、第一の内管、すなわち、外側から内側に直接隣接する管との間にスペーサ14を配置することからなる。スペーサは、管と管の間のこうした空間の全部または一部に規則正しく配分される。スペーサは、複合材料から構成される。

Claims (11)
- −第一の材料からなる外管(10)を製造するステップと、
−第二の材料からなる少なくとも一つの内管(12)を製造するステップと、
−少なくとも外管(10)と第一の内管(12)との間にスペーサ(14)を配置するステップとを含み、
これらのスペーサが複合材料からなり、管の断面を剛性にし、円形断面を保持でき;
前記スペーサ(14)は、管と管の間の空間に強制導入されることを特徴とする剛性の高い複合材料からなる管の製造方法において、
前記スペーサ(14)が、こうした管と管の間の空間の全部または一部に均等に分配されることを特徴とする、管の製造方法。 - −第一の材料からなる外管(10)を製造するステップと、
−第二の材料からなる少なくとも一つの内管(12)を製造するステップと、
−少なくとも外管(10)と第一の内管(12)との間にスペーサ(14)を配置するステップとを含み、
これらのスペーサが複合材料からなり、管の断面を剛性にし、円形断面を保持でき;
前記スペーサ(14)は、管と管の間の空間に強制導入されることを特徴とする剛性の高い複合材料からなる管の製造方法において、
樹脂または樹脂混合物を2個の管(10、12)の間に導入して、2個の管を回転させて、スペーサ(14)を埋め込み、隙間を塞ぐとともに、2個の管を結合させることを特徴とする、管の製造方法。 - 引抜成形によって得られた、カーボンファイバーを主成分とする複合材料を、スペーサの製造のために用いることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の管の製造方法。
- 引抜成形によって得られた、カーボンファイバーを主成分とする複合材料を、少なくとも一つの管の製造のために用いることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の管の製造方法。
- 樹脂を射出する場合、前記樹脂の射出後で重合前に円形からの狂いを除去するために、円形からの狂いの最大地点をつきとめ、この地点に的を絞って応力を及ぼして所望の正確さに管を戻し、樹脂の網状化を待ち、的を絞った応力を遮断し、管を取り出すことを特徴とする請求項3から4のいずれか一項に記載の管の製造方法。
- 引抜成形により成形され、管と管の間の空間に応じてカットされた、カーボンファイバーから偏平形材を構成し、この偏平形材からスペーサを得ることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の管の製造方法。
- 管と管の間の空間に応じて所定の形状にスペーサを成形し、複数区間を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の管の製造方法。
- −金属材料または複合材料からなる外管(10)と、
−金属材料または複合材料からなる内管(12)と、
−2個の管の間で均等に配分されるスペーサ(14)とを含み、前記スペーサが、引抜成形により得られた、カーボンファイバーを主成分とする複合材料から構成され、管の断面を剛性にし、円形断面を保持できることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法の実施により得られる剛性の高い複合材料からなる管。 - 外管(10)または内管(12)の少なくとも一方が、引抜成形によって得られた、カーボンファイバーを主成分とする複合材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の管。
- スペーサ(14)に空間を設けて、冷却液の循環路を画定することを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の管。
- 冷却液の循環路が、管の間の空間でスペーサの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の管。
