Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.耐高温フェライト系クロム鋼帯の製造方法であって、希土類金属を添加し たFeCr鋼を最初に製造し、数工程で上記鋼を帯に圧延し、上記圧延の工程間 で中間再結晶化焼鈍を行う方法において、次の工程: 上記帯を被覆用チャンバー(18)に供給し、このチャンバー(18)内でア ルミニウムがフェライト中に均一に分布するのに十分な時間、物理的気相成長技 術によりアルミニウム(13)を析出させる工程と、 上記鋼帯中にアルミニウムが均質化し拡散したものを得るのに十分な時間、9 50〜1150℃の温度でチャンバー(19)内で上記帯(12)の熱処理を行 う工程と を組み合わせたことを特徴とする方法。 2.上記帯を950〜1150℃での上記熱処理の直後に矯正を施すことを特 徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.上記帯(12)の両面に3〜10μmの純アルミニウム被覆(13b)を なすのに十分な時間、上記チャンバー(18)内で上記帯をアルミニウムで被覆 することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.950〜1150℃の温度での熱処理を、約20秒間上記チャンバー(1 9)内で行うことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.上記PVD装置に装入する前に上記帯を脱イオン水で洗浄する処理区間を 上記帯が通り、上記熱処理が終わった直後に上記帯に熱間矯正を施すことを特徴 とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.アルミニウム堆積用の上記PVD装置を通った後、上記帯を所望の最終寸 法に冷間圧延した後、上記帯を均質化処理することを 特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 7.最終寸法に冷間圧延した上記帯に最終の再結晶化焼鈍を施すことを特徴と する請求項6記載の方法。
