Abstract
Description
1つまたは複数のアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の電気めっき工程による予備被覆。
1つまたは複数のアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の化学蒸着工程による予備被覆。
1つまたは複数のアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の物理蒸着工程による予備被覆。
帯鋼をアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金箔とともに圧延する1つまたは複数の共圧延工程による予備被覆。
これらの予備被覆法を実施することで、帯鋼と予備被覆との界面に金属間相は生じない。
炭素:0.15〜0.25%
マンガン:0.8〜1.5%
ケイ素:0.1〜0.35%
クロム:0.01〜0.2%
チタン:<0.1%
リン:<0.05%
硫黄:<0.03%
B:0.0005〜0.01%
ケイ素:9〜10%
鉄:2〜3.5%
残りはアルミニウムおよび不可避の不純物である。
Claims (3)
- 熱間圧延または冷間圧延による帯鋼から機械的性質に非常に優れた部材を製造する方法であって、
該帯鋼にアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金による予備被覆を施す工程と、
該被覆を施した帯鋼を冷間で変形させる工程と、
該部材の最終的な幾何学形状に合わせて余分な板部を場合によって取り除く工程と、
該部材表面に鋼と予備被覆との界面から金属間化合物が形成され、鋼がオーステナイト化されるように該部材を加熱する工程と、
該部材を装置に移動する工程と、
冷却後に鋼がマルテンサイト構造もしくはベイナイト構造またはマルテンサイト−ベイナイト構造を持つような速度で該部材を装置内で冷却する工程と、
を連続して含む製造法において、
該加熱の前には該帯鋼と予備被覆との界面が金属間相を含んでおらず、該予備被覆が少なくとも1つのアルミニウムもしくはアルミニウム合金の電気めっき工程によって、少なくとも1つのアルミニウムもしくはアルミニウム合金の化学蒸着工程によって、少なくとも1つのアルミニウムもしくはアルミニウム合金の物理蒸着工程によって、または該帯鋼をアルミニウム箔もしくはアルミニウム合金箔とともに圧延する少なくとも1つの共圧延によって形成され、該少なくとも1つの予備被覆工程は単独でも組み合わせでも行うことができることを特徴とする、製造法。 - 前記冷間変形の一般化ひずみが少なくとも前記部材の1カ所で20%超であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造法。
- 請求項1または2に従って製造される、帯鋼から得られる機械的性質に非常に優れた部材の陸上自動車の構造部材または安全部材の製造のための使用。
