Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UMA PEçA DE AçO REVESTIDO QUE TENHA UMA RESISTêNCIA MUITO ALTA APóS O TRATAMENTO TéRMICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma peça tendo propriedades mecânicas muito altas a partir de uma tira de aço laminada a quente ou laminada a frio, compreendendo o pré-revestimento da mencionada tira com alumínio ou liga de alumínio, deformação a frio da tira revestida, possível corte da chapa em excesso com uma vista da geometria final da peça, aquecimento da peça de modo a formar um composto intermediário a partir da interface aço/pré-revestimento e para austenitizar o aço, transferência da peça até uma ferramenta e resfriamento da peça na ferramenta a uma taxa tal que o aço tenha, após ser resfriado, uma estrutura martensítica ou bainítica ou uma estrutura martensita-bainita. O pré-revestimento é executado por eletrogalvanização, por deposição química ou física de vapor ou por co-laminação.
