Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)シラン化合物と、 (b)一般式: [式中、 R1が水素または低級アルキルであり、 Rfが一価のフルオロ脂肪族基であり、 Qが二価の結合基であり、 Xが二価の結合基であり、 Zが水可溶化基である]によって表される水溶性の表面張力低減化合物と、 (c)水とを含み、 (d)実質的に有機溶剤を含まない、フルオロポリマーを基材に接着させるのに 有用な水性接着用組成物。 2.Rfが1〜約20の炭素原子を有する直線状、分岐状、または環状の一価の フルオロ脂肪族基であり、 Qがスルホニル基、カルボニル基、カルボニル基に結合したアルキレン基、 またはスルホニル基に結合したアルキレン基からなる群から選ばれる二価の電子 吸引基であり、 Xが二価のアルキルまたはアルコキシ結合基であり、 Zがポリオキシアルキレン、アミンオキシド、カルボキシレート塩、カルボ ン酸、スルホン塩、スルホン酸塩、第四級アンモニウム塩、ホスホニウム塩から なる群から選ばれる水可溶化基である、請求項1の水性接着用組成物。 3.前記水溶性の表面張力低減化合物が、一般式: によって表される請求項1の水性接着用組成物。 4.Rfが、1〜20の炭素原子を有するペルフルオロアルキル基である請求項 3の水性接着用組成物。 5.前記水溶性の表面張力低減化合物が、 (M+は対イオンである)からなる群から選ばれる請求項4の水性接着用組成物。 6.前記水性接着用組成物が、100部の水性接着用組成物に対して約0.0 5〜5重量部の水溶性の表面張力低減化合物を含む、請求項1の水性接着用組成 物。 7.前記水性接着用組成物が、100部の水性接着用組成物に対して約0.1 〜0.5重量部の水溶性の表面張力低減化合物を含む、請求項6の水性接着用組 成物。 8.前記水性接着用組成物が、約0.1〜10重量部のシラン化合物、約0.0 5〜5重量部のフルオロ脂肪族スルホニル化合物を含む、請求項1の水性接着用 組成物。 9.(a)シラン化合物と、 (b)一般式:[式中、R1が水素または低級アルキルであり、 Rfが一価のフルオロ脂肪族基であり、 Qが二価の結合基であり、 Xが二価の結合基であり、 Zが水可溶化基である]によって表される水溶性の表面張力低減化合物と 、 (c)水とを含み、 (d)実質的に有機溶剤を含まない、水性接着用組成物で基材に接着させら れたフルオロポリマー物質を含む接着物品。 10.Rfが1〜約20の炭素原子を有する直線状、分岐状、または環状の一価 のフルオロ脂肪族基であり、 Qがスルホニル基、カルボニル基、カルボニル基に結合したアルキレン基 、またはスルホニル基に結合したアルキレン基からなる群から選ばれる二価の電 子吸引基であり、 Xが二価のアルキルまたはアルコキシ結合基であり、 Zがポリオキシアルキレン、アミンオキシド、カルボキシレート塩、カル ボン酸、スルホン塩、スルホン酸塩、第四級アンモニウム塩、ホスホニウム塩か らなる群から選ばれる水可溶化基であ る、請求項9の接着物品。 11.前記水溶性の表面張力低減化合物が、一般式: によって表される請求項9の接着物品。 12.Rfが、1〜20の炭素原子を有するペルフルオロアルキル基である請求 項11の接着物品。 13.前記水溶性の表面張力低減化合物が、 (M+は対イオンである)からなる群から選ばれる請求項12の接着物品。 14.前記基材が金属を含む請求項9の接着物品。 15.前記接着物品が、シャフトシール、バルブステムシール、またはガスケ ットを含む請求項9の接着物品。 16.(1)基材とフルオロポリマーとを提供するステップと、 (2)(a)シラン化合物と、 (b)一般式: [式中、R1が水素または低級アルキルであり、 Rfが一価のフルオロ脂肪族基であり、 Qが二価の結合基であり、 Xが二価の結合基であり、 Zが水可溶化基である]によって表される水溶性の表面張力低減化合物と 、 (c)水とを含み、 (d)実質的に有機溶剤を含まない水性接着用組成物を提供するステップと 、 (3)水性接着用組成物を該基材及び/または該フルオロポリマーの1つ以上に 適用するステップと、 (4)該フルオロポリマーを該基材に適用して、該基材に接着させられたフルオ ロポリマーを含む接着物品を作るステップとを含む、フルオロポリマーと基材と の間の接着強さを改良する方法。 17.Rfが1〜約20の炭素原子を有する直線状、分岐状、または環状の一価 のフルオロ脂肪族基であり、 Qがスルホニル基、カルボニル基、カルボニル基に結合したアルキレン基 、またはスルホニル基に結合したアルキレン基からなる群から選ばれる二価の電 子吸引基であり、 Xが二価のアルキルまたはアルコキシ結合基であり、 Zがポリオキシアルキレン、アミンオキシド、カルボキシレート塩、カル ボン酸、スルホン塩、スルホン酸塩、第四級アンモ ニウム塩、ホスホニウム塩からなる群から選ばれる水可溶化基である、請求項1 6の方法。 18.前記水溶性の表面張力低減化合物が、一般式: によって表される請求項16の方法。 19.Rfが、1〜20の炭素原子を有するペルフルオロアルキル基である請求 項18の方法。 20.前記水溶性の表面張力低減化合物が、(M+は対イオンである)からなる群から選ばれる請求項19の方法。 21.前記水性接着用組成物が、100部の水性接着用組成物に対して約0. 05〜5重量部の水溶性の表面張力低減化合物を含む、請求項16の方法。 22.前記水性接着用組成物が、100部の水性接着用組成物に対して約0. 1〜0.5重量部の水溶性の表面張力低減化合物を含む、請求項16の方法。 23.前記水性接着用組成物が、約0.1〜10重量部のシラン化合物、約0. 05〜5重量部のフルオロ脂肪族スルホニル化合物を含む、請求項16の方法。
