Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. コーティングプラント排水、脱インクプラント、内部水処理プラントまた は分離機からの残さ水スラッジとして得られる、紙、板紙および厚紙の製造から のフィラーおよびコーティング顔料を再生使用する方法であって、フィラーおよ びコーティング顔料を含む上記残さ水スラッジは、粉体状の新しい顔料または新 しいフィラー、新しい顔料を含むスラリーおよび/または新しいフィラーを含む スラリーと一緒に混合され、微粉砕されて顔料スラリーを生成することを特徴と する方法。 2. フィラーおよび/または顔料の含有量に対する繊維含有量の比率が、2〜 98重量%から98〜2重量%である残さ水スラッジが使用される請求項1に記 載の方法。 3. 脱インクプラント、内部水処理プラントおよび分離機から得られる残さ水 スラッジが繊維分離処理に付される請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 上記繊維分離処理が凝集と沈降、ろ過、スクリーニング、遠心分離および /または化学的処理特に酸化によって行なわれる請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 固形分濃度が0.02重量%から50重量%、特に1重量%から30重量 %である残さ水スラッジが使用される請求項1から4の何れかに記載の方法。 6. 固形分に対してフィラーおよび/またはコーティング顔料の濃度が、2か ら80重量%、特に、20から60重量%である残さ水スラッジが使用される請 求項1から5の何れかに記載の方法。 7. チャイナクレー、天然または沈殿させたカルボン酸カルシウム、人工また は天然の珪酸アルミニウムおよびオキシドハイドレート、二酸化チタン、サテン ホワイト、ドロマイト、マイカ、金属フレーク特にアルミニウムフレーク、ベン トナイト、ルチル、水酸化マグネシウム、石膏、シート状シリケート、タルカム 、珪酸カルシウムおよび他の岩石および土類が新しい顔料および/または新しい フィラーとして使用される請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8. 上記新しい顔料または新しいフィラーは、粉体状態、新しい顔料を含んだ および/または新しいフィラーを含んだスラリーとして、上記残さ水スラッジ、 選択によっては、通常の微粉砕助剤および/または分散助剤の存在下において、 混合され微粉砕されて、30から85重量%特に40から75重量%の固形分を 有するスラリーを生成する請求項1から7の何れかに記載の方法。 9. 上記新しい顔料または新しいフィラーは、粉体状態、新しい顔料を含んだ および/または新しいフィラーを含んだスラリーとして、微粉砕されて、等価径 に基づいて、1μm未満の 粒子が10から99重量%、特に1μm未満の粒子が10から95重量%の粒度 分布を形成する請求項1から8に記載の方法。 10. 上記新しい顔料または新しいフィラーは、粉体状態、新しい顔料を含ん だおよび/または新しいフィラーを含んだスラリーとして、微粉砕されて、等価 径に基づいて、つぎの粒度分布を形成する請求項1から8に記載の方法: a)95から100重量%の10μm未満の粒子; b)50から100重量%の2μm未満の粒子、特に50から95重量%の2μ m未満の粒子; c)27から95重量%の1μm未満の粒子、特に27から75重量%の1μm 未満の粒子;および d)0.1から55重量%の0.2μm未満の粒子、特に0.1から35重量%の0 .2μm未満の粒子。 11. 上記顔料スラリーの白色度は、残さ水スラッジに対する、微粉砕された あるいは未粉砕の、粉状の新しい顔料または新しいフィラー、新しい顔料を含有 するスラリーおよび/または新しいフィラーを含有するスラリーの比率によって 調整される請求項1から10の何れかに記載の方法。 12. 上記顔料スラリーの白色度は、上記粉状の新しい顔料または新しいフィ ラー、新しい顔料を含有するスラリーおよび/または新しいフィラーを含有する スラリーの、化学的な純度特に白色および黄色指標によって調整される請求項1 から11の何れかに記載の方法。 13. 製紙工業用コーティング配合物、特に、種々のセグメント、たとえば枚 葉オフセット用紙、ロータリーオフセット用紙、凹版印刷用紙、厚紙および特殊 紙用コーティング配合物を調製するための、上記請求項の何れかに記載の顔料ス ラリーの使用。 14. コーティング顔料の一部またはすべてを置換するために通常のコーティ ング配合物を調製するための、請求項13に記載の使用。 15. 製紙のための原質における、請求項1から11の何れかに記載の顔料ス ラリーの使用。
