Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自給式流体軸受装置であって、 シャフトを備え、前記シャフトは、その一端にあるねじ溝付きアキシャル開口 と、前記開口に隣接しかつ前記シャフトの縦軸に垂直なシャフトショルダとを規 定し、さらに 前記縦軸を中心とする相対的な回転のために前記シャフトを受ける開口を規定 するシリンダ内側スリーブと、 前記内側スリーブを中心に一体的に同心であるシリンダ外側スリーブと、 前記シャフトと前記内側スリーブとの間に規定された縦方向にスペースを開け られた1対のラジアル流体ジャーナル軸受と、 前記シャフトの前記ねじ溝付きアキシャル開口と噛み合うためのねじ山付き端 部領域を含む上ねじとを備え、前記上ねじはその中に一体的に形成されて外面を 有する頂部シールプレートをさらに含み、さらに 前記シャフトシヨルダ上に嵌まるようにされた平行な2つのラジアル面を有す る環状スラストプレートと、 前記スラストプレートの一方の前記ラジアル面と前記内側スリーブの第1の端 部との間に規定された第1のラジアルスラスト軸受表面と、 平行な2つのラジアル面を有する環状スラストブッシングとを備え、第1の面 は前記外側スリーブ上に配置され、さらに 前記外側スリーブ内にしっかりと嵌められた環状頂部クランプリングを備え、 前記頂部クランプリングは内面を有し、さらに 前記スラストブッシングの前記第1のラジアル面と前記スラストプレートの平 行な他方のラジアル面との間に規定された第2のラジアルスラスト軸受表面と、 遠心力により潤滑剤が前記スラスト軸受の方にポンプ動作により導かれるよう 前記クランプリングの内面と前記頂部シールプレートの外面との間に角度をなし て規定された第1の環状毛管シールと、 前記環状頂部クランプリングに接着剤で取付けられた環状上部封止リングと、 前記ねじ溝付きアキシャル開口とは反対側の端部において前記シャフトを中心に 同心的に取付けられた環状底部シールプレートとを備え、前記底部シールプレ ートは外面を有し、さらに 前記外側スリーブに取付けられた環状底部クランプリングを備え、前記底部ク ランプリングは内面を有し、さらに 前記遠心力により前記潤滑剤が前記ジャーナル軸受の方にポンプ動作により導 かれるよう前記底部クランプリングの内面と前記底部シールプレートの外面との 間に角度をなして規定された第2の環状毛管シールとを備える、自給式流体軸受 装置。 2.前記上ねじの頂部部分の外面が前記平行な2つのラジアル面間に規定され、 前記第1のラジアル面の第1の直径が前記第2のラジアル面の第2の直径よりも 大きい、請求項1に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 3.前記外面が前記平行な2つのラジアル面間におよそ45°の角度をなして規 定される、請求項2に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 4.前記環状頂部クランプリングの内面が前記平行な2つのラジアル面の間に規 定され、前記第1のラジアル面が前記第2の面よりも前記縦軸から離れた半径方 向の位置に置かれる、請求項1に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 5.前記内面が前記平行な2つのラジアル面の間におよそ50°の角度でテーパ される、請求項4に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 6.前記底部シールプレートの外面が前記平行な2つのラジアル面間に規定され 、前記第1のラジアル面の第1の直径が前記第2のラジアル面の第2の直径より も小さい、請求項1に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 7.前記底部シールプレートの外面が前記2つのラジアル面間におよそ45°の 角度でテーパされる、請求項6に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 8.前記環状底部クランプリングの内面が前記平行な2つのラジアル面間に規定 され、前記第1のラジアル面が前記第2の面よりも前記縦軸に近い半径方向の位 置に置かれる、請求項1に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。 9.前記環状封止リングの内面が前記2つのラジアル面間におよそ50°の角度 で規定される、請求項8に記載の自給式流体軸受装置。
