Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)通常ライティング状態で知覚され、再帰反射ライティング状態では 裸眼で実質的に知覚されない透明なホログラフィー層と、 (b)再帰反射ライティング状態で知覚される再帰反射層と、 (c)証印層とを含む物品。 2.前記ホログラフィー層が前記再帰反射層を覆う請求項1記載の物品。 3.前記物品がさらに、カバーフィルム、連結層、接着層、熱収縮層および特異 接着によりパターン化されたコーティング層のうち少なくとも1つを含む請求項 1記載の物品。 4.前記物品が、カバーフィルム、連結層、接着層、熱収縮層および特異接着に よりパターン化されたコーティング層のうち2つ以上を含む請求項3記載の物品 。 5.前記物品が、物品の露出面上に構造層を備えたホログラフィー層を含む請求 項1記載の物品。 6.前記物品が構造層および実質的に透明な反射体層を備えたホログラフィー層 と、スペーサー樹脂上の反射体と共に、スペーサー樹脂中にガラスマイクロスフ ェアを備えた再帰反射層とを含む請求項1記載の物品。 7.前記スペーサー樹脂上の前記反射体が実質的に透明である請求項6記載の物 品。 8.前記スペーサー樹脂上の前記反射体が実質的に不透明である請求項6記載の 物品。 9.特異接着によりパターン化されたコーティング層が、前記ホロ グラフィー層と前記再帰反射層の間に配置されている請求項6記載の物品。 10.連結層が、前記ホログラフィー層と前記再帰反射層の間に配置されている 請求項6記載の物品。 11.前記連結層が熱収縮材料から構成されている請求項10記載の物品。 12.角のある証印パターンが、通常ライティング状態では裸眼で実質的に知覚 されないが、再帰反射ライティング状態では知覚される再帰反射層中に形成され ている請求項6記載の物品。 13.前記再帰反射層が、着色されたビードボンド樹脂中に分散されたガラスマ イクロスフェアを含む請求項6記載の物品。 14.着色された証印パターンが、通常ライティング状態では裸眼で実質的に知 覚されないが、再帰反射ライティング状態では知覚されるように、前記ホログラ フィー層と前記再帰反射層の間に配置されている請求項13記載の物品。 15.さらに、前記ホログラフィー層の前面上にカバーフィルムと、前記カバー フィルムと前記ホログラフィー層の間に配置された特異接着によりパターン化さ れたコーティング層とを含む請求項6記載の物品。 16.さらに、前記物品を表面に接合するための接着層を含む請求項6記載の物 品。 17.前記証印パターンが、前記ホログラフィー層と前記再帰反射層の間に配置 されている請求項1記載の物品。 18.さらに、ガラスマイクロスフェアと共に構造層と再帰反射層とを備えたホ ログラフィー層と、前記マイクロスフェア上の反射体と、前記マイクロスフェア の後ろにある樹脂とを含み、前記構造パ ターンと前記マイクロスフェアの間に空隙が存在する請求項1記載の物品。 19.前記マイクロスフェア上の前記反射体が実質的に透明である請求項18記 載の物品。 20.前記マイクロスフェア上の前記反射体が実質的に不透明である請求項18 記載の物品。 21.角のある証印パターンが、再帰反射層中に形成されていて、通常ライティ ング状態では裸眼で実質的に知覚されず、再帰反射ライティング状態では知覚さ れる請求項18記載の物品。 22.前記物品が、 (a)通常ライティング状態では知覚され、再帰反射ライティング状態では裸眼 で実質的に知覚されない透明なホログラフィー部分を提供する工程と、 (b)再帰反射ライティング状態で知覚される再帰反射部分を提供する工程と、 (c)前記ホログラフィー部分と前記再帰反射部分とを互いに接合して前記物品 を形成する工程とを有するプロセスにより作成される請求項1記載の物品。 23.前記再帰反射層が、前記ホログラフィー層と前記証印層の間にある請求項 1記載の物品。 24.前記ホログラフィー層が前記証印層と前記再帰反射層との間にある請求項 1記載の物品。
