Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ストランド軸を伴って実質的に整列している一体式三次元網状の繊維要 素を含むプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料であって、上記繊維要素 各々が第一、第二および第三合成有機ポリマー類を含んでいて上記ポリマー類の 各々が上記繊維要素の1から98重量%を構成するプレキシフィラメンタリー繊 維ストランド材料。 2. 上記第二ポリマーおよび第三ポリマーの各々が上記第一ポリマーの全体 に渡って分散しており、上記第一、第二および第三ポリマー類の各々が、それの 溶融状態において溶融状態の上記ポリマー類の他の2ついずれにも混和しないポ リマーから本質的に成っている請求の範囲第1項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリ ー繊維ストランド材料。 3. 該第二ポリマーおよび第三ポリマーが混和しない個別相の形態で上記第 一ポリマーの全体に渡って均一に分散している請求の範囲第2項記載のプレキシ フィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 4. 上記ポリマー類の1つが本質的にポリエステルから成る請求の範囲第3 項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 5. 上記ポリエステルがポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求の範囲第4 項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 6. 上記ポリエステルがポリブチレンテレフタレートである請求の範囲第4 項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 7. 該第二ポリマーおよび第三ポリマーの各々がポリエチレンポリマー類お よびコポリマー類、ポリプロピレンポリマー類およびコポリマー類、エチレンと ビニルアルコールのグラフト化および未グラフト化コポリマー類、メタアクリル 酸のコポリマー類、ポリエステルエラストマ ーコポリマー類、ナイロンポリマー類およびコポリマー類、およびポリエステル ポリマー類およびコポリマー類の群から選択される請求の範囲第4項記載のプレ キシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 8. ポリエステルが上記繊維要素の30から90重量%を構成する請求の範 囲第7項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 9. ポリエチレンが上記繊維要素の30から90重量%を構成する請求の範 囲第7項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 10. 各繊維要素が更に第四合成有機ポリマーを含んでいてそれが上記第一 ポリマーの全体に渡って個別かつ均一に分散しており、上記第四ポリマーが、そ れの溶融状態において溶融状態の上記第一、第二および第三ポリマー類に混和し ないポリマーから本質的に成っており、上記第四ポリマーが上記繊維要素の1か ら50重量%を構成しており、上記第四ポリマーがポリエチレンポリマー類およ びコポリマー類、ポリプロピレンポリマー類およびコポリマー類、エチレンとビ ニルアルコールのグラフト化および未グラフト化コポリマー類、メタアクリル酸 のコポリマー類、ポリエステルエラストマーコポリマー類、ナイロンポリマー類 およびコポリマー類、およびポリエステルポリマー類およびコポリマー類の群か ら選択される請求の範囲第3項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド 材料。 11. 各繊維要素が更に第五合成有機ポリマーを含んでいてそれが上記第一 ポリマーの全体に渡って個別かつ均一に分散しており、上記第五ポリマーが、そ れの溶融状態において溶融状態の上記第一、第二、第三および第四ポリマー類に 混和しないポリマーから本質的に成っており、上記第五ポリマーが上記繊維要素 の1から50重量%を構成しており、 上記第五ポリマーがポリエチレンポリマー類およびコポリマー類、ポリプロピレ ンポリマー類およびコポリマー類、エチレンとビニルアルコールのグラフト化お よび未グラフト化コポリマー類、メタアクリル酸のコポリマー類、ポリエステル エラストマーコポリマー類、ナイロンポリマー類およびコポリマー類、およびポ リエステルポリマー類およびコポリマー類の群から選択される請求の範囲第10 項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。 12. 上記ポリエステルがポリブチレンテレフタレートでありそして上記繊 維要素がポリブチレンテレフタレートを40から80重量%、ポリエステルエラ ストマーコポリマーを5から20重量%、高密度ポリエチレンを5から30重量 %、ポリプロピレンを5から20重量%およびエチレンとビニルアルコールのコ ポリマーを1から5重量%含む請求の範囲第11項記載のプレキシフィラメンタ リー繊維ストランド材料。 13. 上記ストランド材料が少なくとも2.0m2/gの表面積を有しかつ 少なくとも2.0gpdのじん性を示す請求の範囲第8または9項記載のプレキ シフィラメンタリー繊維ストランド材料。
