Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類を少なくとも20%含むフラッシュ 紡糸材料であって、上記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の各々において水素 原子の全数の10%から70%がフッ素原子に置き換わっている材料。 2. 上記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類がエチレン、テトラフルオロエ チレン、クロロトリフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニリデンおよびフッ化ビニルか ら選択されるモノマーの重合単位を少なくとも80重量%含む請求の範囲第1項 記載の材料。 3. 上記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の40重量%から70重量%が テトラフルオロエチレンの重合モノマー単位で構成されておりそして上記部分フ ッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の10重量%から60重量%がエチレンの重合モノ マー単位で構成されている請求の範囲第2項記載の材料。 4. 上記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の40重量%から70重量%が クロロトリフルオロエチレンの重合モノマー単位で構成されておりそして上記部 分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の10重量%から60重量%がエチレンの重合 モノマー単位で構成されている請求の範囲第2項記載の材料。 5. 上記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の少なくとも80重量%がフッ 化ビニリデンのホモポリマーで構成されている請求の範囲第2項記載の材料。 6. 上記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の少なくとも80重量%がフッ 化ビニルのホモポリマーで構成されている請求の範囲第2項記 載の材料。 7. 上記材料がBET窒素吸着方法で測定して2m2/g以上の表面積を有 するプレキシフィラメンタリーストランドであり、これが一体式三次元網状の半 結晶性繊維状ポリマー要素を含んでいて、上記要素が網状組織軸と同一の空間内 に広がって整列しておりかつ配向したフィルム−フィブリルの構造形態を有して おり、ここで、上記フィルム−フィブリルが4ミクロン以下の平均フィルム厚と 25ミクロン以下の中央値幅を有する請求の範囲第1、2、3、4、5または6 項記載の材料。 8. 請求の範囲第7項記載のプレキシフィラメンタリーストランドを含むプ レキシフィラメンタリーパルプ材料であって、上記フィルム−フィブリルの各々 が3mm以下の平均長を有する材料。 9. 上記材料が微孔性フォームであり、このフォームが実質的に多面体の孔 を含み、上記孔が隣接孔の間に4ミクロン以下の平均厚を有するポリマー材料の 薄膜様孔壁を有する請求の範囲第1、2、3、4、5または6項記載の繊維。 10. 部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類を少なくとも20%含んでいて上 記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の各々において水素原子の全数の10%か ら70%がフッ素原子に置き換わっているフラッシュ紡糸材料を製造する方法で あって、 炭素原子を5から12個有するアルコール類、ケトン類、アセテート 類、カーボネート類、塩化炭化水素、ヒドロフルオロカーボン類、ヒドロクロロ フルオロカーボン類、ヒドロフルオロエーテル類、パーフルオロエーテル類およ び環状炭化水素から成る群から選択される大気圧下の沸点が0℃から150℃の 範囲の溶媒に上記部分フッ素置換炭 化水素ポリマー類が入っていて150℃から280℃の範囲の温度で50MPa 以下の曇点圧力を示すスピン溶液を生じさせ、そして 上記スピン溶液をこのスピン溶液の自己発生圧力よりも高い圧力下で 実質的により低い圧力および上記溶媒が大気圧下で示す沸点よりも少なくとも5 0℃高い温度の領域の中に紡糸する、 段階を含む方法。 11. 上記スピン溶液をこのスピン溶液の曇点圧力より低い圧力で紡糸する ことでプレキシフィラメンタリーフィルム−フィブリルストランドを生じさせる 請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12. 上記スピン溶液をこのスピン溶液の曇点圧力より高い圧力で紡糸する ことでフォームを生じさせる請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 13. 炭素原子を5から12個有するアルコール類、ケトン類、アセテート 類、カーボネート類、塩化炭化水素、ヒドロフルオロカーボン類、ヒドロクロロ フルオロカーボン類、ヒドロフルオロエーテル類、パーフルオロエーテル類、環 状炭化水素およびそれらのブレンド物から成る群から選択される大気圧下の沸点 が200℃以下の溶媒、および 部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類を少なくとも20%含んでいて上 記部分フッ素置換炭化水素ポリマー類の各々において水素原子の全数の10%か ら70%がフッ素原子に置き換わっているポリマー、を含む溶液であって、自己 発生圧力と50MPaとの間の圧力および150と200℃との間の温度にある 溶液。
