Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.繊維素及び/又は繊維素前駆体を包含することを特徴とする合成テストステ イン。 2.繊維素前駆体が繊維素原であることを特徴とする請求項1の合成テストステ イン。 3.更に血漿タンパク質を包含することを特徴とする請求項1又は2の合成テス トステイン。 4.アルブミン及び/又はヘモグロビンを包含することを特徴とする請求項3の 合成テストステイン。 5.合成テストステインの調製に繊維素接着剤を使用すること。 6.下記成分、すなわち a) 繊維素前駆体、 b) 繊維素前駆体の変換開始剤。 によって特徴付けた合成テストステイン調製用のキット。 7.成分a)が繊維素原を包含することを特徴とする請求項6のキット。 8.成分b)がトロンビンを包含することを特徴とする請求項6又は7のキット 。 9.成分a)が更に血漿タンパク質を包含することを特徴とする請求項6から8 の内の一つのキット。 10.成分a)がアルブミン及び/又はヘモグロビンを包含することを特徴とす る請求項9のキット。 11.キットの成分が生理食塩液として与えられることを特徴とする請求項6か ら10の内の一つのキット。 12.下記工程によって特徴付けた、清掃プロセスの有効性の検査方法。 すなわち、 a) 請求項1から4のうちの一つの合成テストステインをテストサンプルに塗 布し、 b) テストサンプルをテストすべき清掃プロセスに供し、 c) テストサンプルにおける合成テストステインの残留物を検出する。 13.テストステインが、塗布後に凝固し及び/又は乾燥されるよう放置される ことを特徴とする請求項12の方法。 14.テストステインの残留物が、化学的呈色反応及びそれに続く視覚評価によ って検出されることを特徴とする請求項12又は13の方法。 15.使用される化学的呈色反応がビウレット反応であることを特徴とする請求 項14の方法。 16.下記パーツ、すなわち、 − 請求項1から4のうちの一つの合成テストステインを備えたテストサンプル と、 − テストステインの残留物を検出するための分析試薬 によって特徴付けた、請求項12から15の内の一つの方法を実施するキット。 17.分析試薬が、 − アルカリ水溶液、 − Cu2+水溶液、 を包含することを特徴とする請求項16のキット。 18.アルカリ水溶液が更にCu2+イオン用の錯化剤を包含することを特徴とす る請求項17のキット。
