Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (1)約30〜約70重量%のポリエステルまたは合成脂肪族ポリアミド またはそれらの混合物と、 (2)約15〜約40重量%の補強剤と、 (3)(a)約20〜約30重量%のメラミンホスフェートおよび約10重量 %以下のチャー化触媒、 (b)約15〜約30重量%のメラミンホスフェート、約10重量%以 下のチャー化触媒、および約10重量%以下のチャー形成体、 (c)約15〜約30重量%のメラミンピロホスフェートおよび約10 重量%以下のチャー化触媒、 (d)約15〜約30重量%のメラミンピロホスフェート、約10重量 %以下のチャー化触媒、および約10重量%以下のチャー形成体、もしくは (e)約20〜約30重量%のメラミンピロホスフェート、および約1 0重量%以下のメラミンシアヌレート、メラミンまたはホウ酸亜鉛の少なくとも 1種からなる群から選ばれる難燃剤と[但し、全ての重量%は(1)+(2)+ (3)のみの合計重量に対するものである]、を含有することを特徴とする組成 物。 2. (1)約30〜約70重量%の合成脂肪族ポリアミドと、 (2)約15〜約40重量%の補強剤と、 (3)約5〜約45重量%のメラミンピロホスフェートの難燃剤と[但し、全 ての重量%は(1)+(2)+(3)のみの合計重量に対するものである]、を 含有することを特徴とする組成物。 4. 前記成分(1)がポリエステルと合成脂肪族ポリアミドとの混合物である ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の組成物。 5. 前記チャー化触媒がリンタングステン酸またはシリコタングステン酸であ ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の組成物。 6. 前記チャー化触媒がタングステン酸のアルカリ金属塩であることを特徴と する請求項1記載の組成物。 7. 前記チャー化触媒の量が約0.1〜約10重量%であることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の組成物。 8. 前記チャー化触媒の量が約0.1〜約2重量%であることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の組成物。 9. 前記チャー形成体が多価アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1記載 の組成物。 10. 前記多価アルコールがペンタエリスリトールであることを特徴とする請 求項6記載の組成物。 11. 前記チャー形成体の量が約0.1〜約10重量%であることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の組成物。 12. 前記チャー形成体の量が約0.1〜約2重量%であることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の組成物。 13. 前記ポリアミドがナイロン−6,6、ナイロン−6、それらのコポリマ ーまたはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または3記載の組成物 。 14. 前記ポリエステルが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレ フタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート/ポリブチレンテレフタレート・コポ リマー、またはポリエチレンテレフタレート/ポリブチレンテレフタレート混合 物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の組成物。 15. 前記メラミンピロホスフェートが、約25〜約45重量%の量で存在す ることを特徴とする請求項2記載の組成物。 16. 前記補強剤が、ガラス、炭素、マイカ、アラミド繊維またはそれらの混 合物であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3のいずれか1項に記載の組成 物。 17. さらに、(4)シラン化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1、2 または3のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 18. 前記シラン化合物が、(1)+(2)+(3)+(4)のみの合計重量 に対して約0.4重量%以下の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項17記載の 組成物。 19. 請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載の組成物から製造される成形製品 。
