Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 中性ゼオライト類および塩基性ゼオライト類の群から選択されるゼオラ イトから本質的に成る少なくとも1種のゼオライトと少なくとも1種の白金族金 属成分を含む組成物。 2. 該ゼオライトから独立した少なくとも1種の卑金属成分を更に含む請求 の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 3. 該卑金属成分がセリア、アルミナ、チタニアおよびジルコニアから成る 群から選択される酸化物を含む請求の範囲第2項記載の組成物。 4. 該卑金属成分がアルミナおよびセリアから成る群から選択される少なく とも1種の金属酸化物を含む請求の範囲第2項記載の組成物。 5. 該卑金属の酸化物がセリアである請求の範囲第2項記載の組成物。 6. 該ゼオライトがベータゼオライト、モルデナイトおよびペンタシルから 成る群から選択される請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 7. 該白金族金属成分が白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、イリジウムおよびそ れらの混合物から選択される請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 8. 該ゼオライトがアルカリ金属カチオンまたはアルカリ土類金属カチオン によるイオン交換を受けさせたか或はそれを含浸させたものである請求の範囲第 1項記載の組成物。 9. 該アルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属カチオンがナトリウム、カリウム 、リチウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムから成 る群から選択される請求の範囲第8項記載の組成物。 10. 該アルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属カチオンがカリウム、ナトリウ ム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウムから成る群から選択される 請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 11. 更に塩基性化合物を全組成物が結果として塩基性になるに充分な量で 含む請求の範囲第1項記載の組成物。 12. 該塩基性化合物がアルカリ金属カチオンおよびアルカリ土類金属カチ オンから成る群から選択されるカチオンを含む請求の範囲第11項記載の組成物 。 13. 該塩基性化合物が酸化ナトリウム、酸化マグネシウムおよび酸化カル シウムから選択される酸化物である請求の範囲第12項記載の組成物。 14. 炭化水素を含む気体流れを処理する方法であって、 該炭化水素を中性ゼオライト類および塩基性ゼオライト類から成る群 から選択されるゼオライトに低い吸着温度範囲で吸着させ、 該炭化水素を該ゼオライトから高い放出温度範囲で放出させ、 該炭化水素を酸化させる、 段階を含む方法。 15. 炭化水素を含むディーゼルエンジン排気ガス流れを処理する方法であ って、 該ディーゼルエンジン排気ガス流れを中性ゼオライト類および塩基性 ゼオライト類から成る群から選択されるゼオライトを含む組成物に送り込み、 該炭化水素を該ゼオライトに低い吸着温度範囲で吸着させ、 該炭化水素を該ゼオライトから高い放出温度範囲で放出させ、 そして 該炭化水素を酸化させる、 段階を含む方法。 16. 該低い吸着温度範囲が約200℃未満である請求の範囲第15項記載 の方法。 17. 該高い放出温度範囲が約150℃以上である請求の範囲第15項記載 の方法。 18. 該高い放出温度範囲が約200℃以上である請求の範囲第17項記載 の方法。 19. 該炭化水素を少なくとも200℃の温度で酸化させる請求の範囲第1 6項記載の方法。 20. 触媒品であって、 担体基質、および 該担体基質に支持されている中性ゼオライト類および塩基性ゼオライ ト類の群から選択されるゼオライトから本質的に成る少なくとも1種のゼオライ トを含む組成物、 を含む触媒品。 21. 少なくとも1種の白金族金属成分を更に含む請求の範囲第20項記載 の品。 22. 該ゼオライトから独立した少なくとも1種の卑金属成分を更に含む請 求の範囲第20項記載の品。 23. 該卑金属成分がセリア、アルミナ、チタニアおよびジルコニアから成 る群から選択される酸化物を含む請求の範囲第22項記載の品。 24. 該卑金属成分がアルミナおよびセリアから成る群から選択される少な くとも1種の金属酸化物を含む請求の範囲第22項記載の品。 25. 該卑金属の酸化物が酸素貯蔵成分である請求の範囲第22項 記載の品。 26. 該ゼオライトがベータゼオライト、モルデナイトおよびペンタシルか ら成る群から選択される請求の範囲第20項記載の品。 27. 該白金族金属成分が白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、イリジウムおよび それらの混合物から選択される請求の範囲第20項記載の品。 28. 該ゼオライトがアルカリ金属カチオンまたはアルカリ土類金属カチオ ンによるイオン交換を受けさせたか或はそれを含浸させたものである請求の範囲 第20項記載の品。 29. 該アルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属カチオンがナトリウム、カリウ ム、リチウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウムおよびバリウムから 成る群から選択される請求の範囲第28項記載の品。 30. 該アルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属カチオンがカリウム、ナトリウ ム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウムから成る群から選択される請求の範囲第20 項記載の品。 31. 更に塩基性化合物を全組成物が結果として中性または塩基性になるに 充分な量で含む請求の範囲第20項記載の品。 32. 該塩基性化合物がアルカリ金属カチオンおよびアルカリ土類金属カチ オンから成る群から選択されるカチオンを含む請求の範囲第31項記載の品。 33. 該塩基性化合物が酸化ナトリウム、酸化マグネシウムおよび酸化カル シウムから選択される酸化物である請求の範囲第32項記載の品。 34. 該組成物が担体基質に支持されている層の形態である請求の範囲第2 0項記載の品。 35. 酸化触媒組成物を含むアンダーコート層を更に含む請求の範囲第34 項記載の品。 36. 酸化触媒組成物を含むオーバーコート層を更に含む請求の範囲第34 項記載の品。 37. 該組成物で被覆されている通路壁で限定されている複数の平行な排気 流れ通路が中を貫いて伸びている耐火性モノリスを該担体基質が含む請求の範囲 第20項記載の品。 38. 酸化触媒組成物を含む1つ以上の個別層が上に位置している個別層内 に該ゼオライト組成物が位置している請求の範囲第37項記載の品。 39. 中性ベータゼオライト類および塩基性ベータゼオライト類の群から選 択されるベータゼオライトから本質的に成る少なくとも1種のゼオライトと少な くとも1種の白金族金属成分を含む組成物。 40. 炭化水素を含むディーゼルエンジン排気ガス流れを処理する方法であ って、 該ディーゼルエンジン排気ガス流れを中性ベータゼオライト類および 塩基性ベータゼオライト類から成る群から選択されるベータゼオライトを含む組 成物に送り込み、 該炭化水素を該ゼオライトに低い吸着温度範囲で吸着させ、 該炭化水素を該ゼオライトから高い放出温度範囲で放出させ、 そして 該炭化水素を酸化させる、 段階を含む方法。
