Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生物適合性ポリマーマトリックスと、光学システムによる呼びかけ信号に 基づきポリヒドロキシル化被検体シグナルを形成する増幅構成物と、を含む移植 可能増幅システムであって、前記増幅構成物が、前記シグナルの形成のための共 鳴エネルギー転移を要求しないことを特徴とする移植可能増幅システム。 2.前記増幅構成物が、グルコースオキシダーゼ、西洋ワサビペルオキシダー ゼ及びパラヒドロキシフェニル酢酸を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移 植可能増幅システム。 3.前記増幅構成物が、グルコースオキシダーゼ、西洋ワサビペルオキシダー ゼ、パラヒドロキシフェニル酢酸及びパラヒドロキシフェニル酢酸二量体を分解 することができるルテニウムポルフィリン複合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 4.前記増幅構成物がグルコースオキシダーゼ及びルミノールを含むことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 5.前記増幅構成物が、フルオレセイン及びロダミンからなる群から選択され る染料で標識されたレクチンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能 増幅システム。 6.前記レクチンが、コンカナバリンAであり、前記染料がロダミンであるこ とを特徴とする請求項5に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 7.前記増幅構成物が、アミン官能化染料分子に結合した、アリールホウ素酸 成分、アリールゲルマニウム酸成分又はアリールヒ酸成分を含むことを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 8.前記増幅構成物が、アミン官能化染料分子に結合したアリールホウ素酸成 分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 9.前記染料分子が、アントラセン及びフルオレセインからなる群から選択さ れることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 10.前記アミン官能化染料分子に結合したアリールホウ素酸成分が、前記生物 適合性マトリックス内に捕獲されることを特徴する請求項8に記載の移植可能増 幅システム。 11.前記生物適合性ポリマーマトリックスが、反応混合物から調製されたポリ マーを含み、ここで該反応混合物が、 (a)該反応混合物中約50モル%の反応成分を含むジイソシアネートと、 (b)親水性ポリマージオール、親水性ポリマージアミン及びそれらの組合せ からなる群から選択されるメンバーである親水性ポリマーと、 (c)アミノ、ヒドロキシ又はカルボン酸官能基をその鎖の末端に有するシロ キサンポリマーと、 の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 12.前記生物適合性マトリックスが、外側にヒドロゲルコーティングを更に含 み、ここで該ヒドロゲルは反応混合物から形成され、ここで該反応混合物が、 (a)該混合物中約50モル%の反応成分を含むジイソシアネートと、 (b)親水性ポリマージオール、親水性ポリマージアミン及びそれらの組合せ からなる群から選択されたメンバーである親水性ポリ マーと、 (c)任意に、鎖エキステンダーと、 の混合物であり、そして前記ヒドロゲルが、約120重量%〜約400重量%の水のピ ックアップを有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の移植可能増幅システム。 13.個体内のポリヒドロキシル化被検体の量を定量するための方法であって、 (a)前記ポリヒドロキシル化被検体の量に対応するエネルギー放出を作り出 す励起した増幅システムを供するために、皮下に移植した請求項1に記載の増幅 システムに、エネルギー源で、呼びかけ信号を送るステップと、 (b)前記放出を検出することにより、前記個体内の前記ポリヒドロキシル化 被検体の量を定量するステップと、 を含む方法。 14.前記エネルギー源がレーザーダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項13 に記載の方法。 15.前記ポリヒドロキシル化被検体がグルコースであることを特徴とする請求 項13に記載の方法。 16.前記生物適合性ポリマーマトリックスが、反応混合物から調製されたポリ マーを含み、ここで該反応混合物が、 (a)該反応混合物中約50モル%の反応成分を含むジイソシアネートと、 (b)親水性ポリマージオール、親水性ポリマージアミン及びそれらの組合せ からなる群から選択されるメンバーである親水性ポリマーと、 (c)アミノ、ヒドロキシ又はカルボン酸官能基をその鎖の末端に有するシロ キサンポリマーと、 の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 17.前記生物適合性マトリックスが、外側にヒドロゲルコーティングを更に含 み、ここで該ヒドロゲルは反応混合物から形成され、ここで該反応混合物が、 (a)該混合物中約50モル%の反応成分を含むジイソシアネートと、 (b)親水性ポリマージオール、親水性ポリマージアミン及びそれらの組合せ からなる群から選択されたメンバーである親水性ポリマーと、 (c)任意に、鎖エキステンダーと、 の混合物であり、そして前記ヒドロゲルが、約120重量%〜約400重量%の水のピ ックアップを有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 18.生体内でポリヒドロキシル化被検体の量を測定するためのバイオセンサー であって、 (a)光源による呼びかけ信号に基づいてポリヒドロキシル化被検体シグナル を作り出す増幅構成物と、生物適合性ポリマーマトリックスと、を含む請求項1 に記載の移植可能増幅システムであって、前記増幅構成物が前記シグナルの形成 のために共鳴エネルギー転移を要求せず、そして前記シグナルが前記ポリヒドロ キシル化被検体の量に対応することを特徴とする移植可能増幅マトリックスと、 (b)前記光源と、前記シグナルを検出することにより前記被検体の生体内の 量を測定するディテクターと、を含む光学システムと、 を含むバイオセンサー。 19.前記光源がLEDであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のバイオセンサー 。 20.前記光学システムが少なくとも1のフィルターを更に含み、そして前記光 源がLEDであることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のバイオセンサー。
