Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda, in un procedimento di sintesi di acidi cloroacetici mediante cluorurazione di acido acetico in presenza di anidride acetica o di cloruro di acetile e che sottoproduce una corrente gassosa di acido cloridrico grezzo, il perfezionamento comprendendo:a) la messa a contatto di questa corrente gassosa con carbone attivo sino a scomparsa del cloro che vi era contenuto,b) la separazione, nella corrente ottenuta in a, per mezzo di almeno una compressione ed un raffreddamento (1) dell'acido cloridrico puro e (ii) degli altri prodotti,c) il riciclaggio degli altri prodotti (ii) nel reattore di sintesi di acidi cloroacetici.
