Abstract

냉매와 발포제 등으로 사용하는 디플루오로메틸메틸에테르의 새로운 합성방법에 대한 것이다.
이 합성방법은 (1) 메타놀중에 용해한 소듐메톡시드용액 또는 메타놀 중에 현탁된 염기성이온 교환슬러리를 통하여 분(分)당 용액 gr당 공급가스 약 0.5∼5gr의 속도로 클로로디플루오로메탄을 공급시키고 ; (2) 가스상생성물과 미반응 클로로디플루오로메탄을 연속적으로 제거시키며 ; (3) 디플루오로메틸에테르를 미반응 클로로디플루오로메탄에 분사시키는 공정으로 구성한다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 메타놀에 용해한 소듐메톡시드용액 또는 메탄놀중의 염기성이온교환 슬러리(slurry)를 통해여 분(分)당 용액 gr당 공급가스 약 0.5∼5gr의 속도로 클로로디플루오로메탄을 공급시키는 공정과, (b) 그 가스상 생성물과 비반응 클로로디플루오로메탄을 연속적으로 제거시키는 공정과, (c) 디플루오로메틴에테르를 미반응 클로로디플루오로메탄에서 분리시키는 공정으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 디플루오로메틸메틸에테르의 합성방법.
  2. 제 2 항에 있어서, 출발물질로서 미반응 클로로디플루오로메탄을 재순환시키는 공정을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 염기성이온교환수지는 강 또는 약 염기성이온교환수지임을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 메타놀성용액 약 0∼약 80wt%로 그 출발물질에 트느리메틸오르토포르메이트를 첨가시키는 공정을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정(a)∼(c)를 연속적인 불활성가스 그윕(sweep)하여 실시하는 공정으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 그 불활성가스는 질소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 그 질소는 시간당 용액 ℓ당 가스 약 0∼약 90ℓ의 속도로 그 반응욕액을 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 방법은 배치식(batch mode)으로 실시함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 그 방법은 연속식(continuous mode)으로 실시함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정(a) 및 (b)는 압력 약 0∼약 40psig에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정(a) 및 (b)는 온도 약 0℃∼약55℃에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 위 합성방법.
