Abstract

In un collettore piano con lamelle di carbonio (1), con elementi (2) metallici portanti le lamelle e con un mozzo (4) di materiale pressato elettricamente isolante che porta gli elementi (2) portanti le lamelle, per l'unione fra le lamelle di carbonio (1) e gli elementi (2) è previsto uno strato di lega brasante (3). Inoltre le superfici laterali (2'), affacciate l'una all'altra, di elementi (2) portanti immediatamente adiacenti, sono completamente ricoperte dal materiale pressato del mozzo.Nella fabbricazione di questo collettore, gli elementi (2) portanti le lamelle vengono brasati su un disco anulare, che poi formerà le lamelle di carbonio (1), prima che il mozzo (4) venga conformato agli elementi (2) portanti le lamelle, le intercapedini tra gli elementi portanti (2) essendo riempite di materiale pressato. Solo dopo questa formatura il disco anulare viene suddiviso nelle singole lamelle di carbonio.
