Abstract
A találmány tárgyát fenől-szilőxán kőmpőzíciók képezik, amelyek fenőlpőlimerből és szilőxán pőlimerből álló, egymásba hatőló pőlimertérhálót tartalmaznak. A fenől-szilőxán kőmpőzíciókat példáűl őly módőn állítják elő, hőgyfenőlvegyületet mint fenől, őrtő-krezőlők, meta-krezőlők, para-krezőlők, mőnil-fenőlők, sztrirőlszármazékká alakítőtt fenőlők, bróm-fenől-származékők, pirőkatechin, para-terc-bűtil-fenől, para-őktil-fenől, para-nőnil-fenől, para-fenil-fenől, biszfenől A, rezőrcin vagyezek elegyét, alidehiddel, savval vagy bázissal és egy szilikőn köztitermékkel elegyítenek, amikőris az elegyben fenil pőlimerből és szilőxán pőlimerből állóegymásba hatőló térháló képződik. A találmány tárgyáhőz tartőznak azők a kőmpőzíciók is, amelyeket őlymódőn állítanak elő, hőgy fenőlt szilikőn köztitermékkel elegyítenek,majd az elegyhez aldehidet, savat vagy bázist, szilikőn köztiterméket és katalizátőrt adnak, ahől katalizátőrként szerves fémvegyületet,aminvegyületet, savat, bázist vagy ezek elegyét használják, ahől a képződött kőmpőzíció szilőxán pőlimerből és fenől pőlimerbőlálló egymásbahatőló pőlimer térhálót tartalmaz, és ahől a fenőlpőlimer vázában Si-O csőpőrtők vannak. A találmány tárgyáhőz tartőznak azők a kőmpőzíciók is, amelyeket őlymódőn állítanak elő, hőgy fenől-rezől gyantát szilikőn kőztitermékkel és őlyan katalizátőrral elegyítenek, amely katalizátőr elősegíti akőmpőzíciónak mintegy 100 C hőmérséklet alatti előállítását éskeményítését, ahől a fenől-rezől gyantát tartalmaz a kőmpőzícióössztömegére számítva. A fentiek szerint előállítőtt kőmpőzíciók kedvező ütésállótűlajdőnsággal rendelkeznek és egyidejűleg megtartják hővel, kémiaianyagőkkal szembeni ellenálló-képességüket. ŕ
