Abstract
A találmány tárgya triblokk kopolimer, amely egy izoolefin monomer ésegy első vinil aromás monomer első kopolimerjét tartalmazó középsőblokkot, és egy második vinil aromás monomer homopolimerjét vagy kettővagy több, a vinil aromások, sztirolok, metilsztirol, butilsztirol,halosztirol, p-allilsztirol és p-(3-butenil)sztirol közül kiválasztottmonomer második kopolimerjét tartalmazó végblokkokat tartalmaz. Atalálmány további tárgya egyrészt eljárás triblokk kopolimerelőállítására, oly módon, hogy a) egy izoolefin monomer (monomer A) ésegy első vinil aromás monomer (monomer B) élő polimerizációjátkarbokationos polimerizációs körülményeket és az A és B monomertkarbokationosan polimerizálni képes katalizátort alkalmazva egyreakcióedényben iniciálják; b) a polimerizációt 20-80% konverzióeléréséhez szükséges T1 ideig hagyják folytatódni, amely idő alattadott esetben további A és/vagy B monomert is beadagolhatnak; c) a T1idő letelte után a polimerizációt kizárólag további A monomerhozzáadásával a középső blokk monomer legalább 95%-os konverziójánakeléréséhez szükséges T2 ideig folytatják; d) a T2 idő eltelte után apolimerizációt egy második vinil aromás monomer (monomer C)hozzáadásával a középső blokk monomer legalább 95%-os konverziójánakeléréséhez szükséges T3 ideig folytatják; e) a T3 idő letelte után apolimerizációt megállítják; f) a pofiolefin kopolimert kinyerik; valamint a fenti eljárássalkapott tűblokk kopolimer.
