Abstract

A találmány tárgya katalitikus eljárás és berendezés magaskoncentrációjú vizes hidrogén-peroxid-oldatok gyártására teljesenbiztonságos körülmények között, közvetlenül hidrogénből és oxigénből,kevert reaktorban. Az eljárásra jellemző, hogy a hidrogént és azoxigént kis buborékok alakjában a megsavanyított vizes reakcióközegalsó részébe fecskendezik - amely egy katalizátort tartalmazdiszpergált állapotban - olyan áramlási sebességgel, hogy a hidrogénmoláris áramlási sebességének az oxigén moláris áramlási sebességéhezviszonyított aránya 0,0416-nál nagyobb, míg az oxigént a folytonosgázfázisba és/vagy a vizes reakcióközeg felső részébe vezetik olyanmennyiségben, hogy a folytonos gázfázisban a hidrogénnek az oxigénhezviszonyított mólaránya 0,0416-nál kisebb.
