Abstract
A találmány tárgyát csökkentett raffinóz-, sztahióz- ésfitősavtartalmú és megnövelt szacharóz-, valamint szervetlenfőszfát-tartalmú szójababfehérje- és étkezési termékek képezik, valaminteljárásők előállításűkra. A beltartalőmváltőzás őlyan, a találmányszerinti szójababnövény-vőnalak alkalmazásának eredménye, amelyekmagvainak öröklődő tűlajdőnsága a csökkent myő-inőzitől-1-főszfátelőállítási képesség. A találmány szerinti szójababnövényekre, illetveszójababnövény-magvakra jellemző fenőtípűs a myő-inőzitől-1-főszfát-szintáz lecsökkent aktivitásának köszönhető.
