Claims (18)
1. Pripravak razgradivog polimera koja sadrži:
(a) poliolefin;
(b) dva ili više spojeva prelaznih metala u ukupnoj količini od 0.15 do 0.6 tež.%;
(c) mono- ili poli-nezasićenu C14-C24 karboksilnu kiselinu, ili njen ester, anhidrid ili amid, u količini od 0.04 do 0.08 tež.%;
(d) sintetičku gumu u količini od 0.04 do 0.2 tež.%;
i, izborno:
(e) suhi škrob u količini od 0 do 20 tež.%; i/ili
(f) kalcij oksid u količini od 0 do 1 tež.%; i/ili
(g) fenolni antioksidativni stabilizator u količini od 0 do 0.2 tež.%;
pri čemu su dva ili više spojeva prelaznih metala izabrana od spojeva željeza, mangana, bakra, kobalta i cerija i pri čemu su prelazni metali u dva ili više spojeva prelaznih metala različiti.
2. Razgradivi polimer prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što poliolefin sadrži monomere etilena i/ili propilena i izborno dalje sadrži monomere odabrane sa liste koja sadrži acetat, vinilacetat, metil metakrilat, vinil alkohol i akrilnu kiselinu.
3. Razgradivi polimer prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je poliolefin izabran od LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, MDPE, VLDPE, EVA, EVOH, EMMA i EAA.
4. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se polimer razgrađuje za najviše 90 dana na zraku.
5. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što spojevi prelaznih metala sadrže komponente molekula izabrane od stearata, karboksilata, acetilacetonata, triazaciklononana ili kombinacije dvije ili više od njih.
6. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prelazni metal u jednom ili više spojeva prelaznih metala sadrži:
(i) željezo, mangan i bakar; ili
(ii) mangan i bakar; ili
(iii) željezo i mangan.
7. Razgradivi polimer prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što težinski odnos željezo stearata i mangan stearata prema bakar stearatu iznosi od 4:1 do 8:1.
8. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pripravak sadrži fenolni antioksidativni stabilizator.
9. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pripravak dodatno sadrži aditiv za bojenje, poželjno čađ ili titanij oksid.
10. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što, mono- ili poli-nezasićena C14-C24 karboksilna kiselina je C16-C20 linearna karboksilna kiselina, poželjno oleinska kiselina.
11. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sintetička guma sadrži nezasićeni polimer, poželjno stiren-izopren-stiren, poželjnije mješavinu stiren-izopren-stiren i stiren-izopren kopolimera.
12. Razgradivi polimer prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pripravak sadrži:
(b) dva ili više stearata prelaznih metala, u ukupnoj količini od 0.2 do 0.3 tež.%; i/ili
(c) mono-nezasićenu C16-C20 linearnu karboksilnu kiselinu u količini od 0,04 do 0,06 tež.%; i/ili
(d) sintetičku gumu u količini od 0.08 do 0.12 tež.%; i/ili
(e) suhi škrob u količini od 0.1 do 0.4 tež.%; i/ili
(f) kalcij oksid u količini od 0.1 do 0.3 tež.%; i/ili
(g) fenolni antioksidativni stabilizator u količini od 0.02% do 0.15 tež.%;
13. Formulacija aditiva za formiranje pripravka razgradivog polimera prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 po dodavanju poliolefina, pri čemu formulacija aditiva sadrži dva ili više spojeva prelaznih metala, mono- ili poli-nezasićenu C14-C24 karboksilnu kiselinu, sintetičku gumu i, izborno, suhi škrob i/ili kalcij oksid i/ili fenolni antioksidativni stabilizator, i pri čemu formulacija aditiva dalje sadrži polimer nosač i treba se razblažiti u poliolefinu u količini od 1 do 20 tež.% formulacije aditiva u pripravku razgradivog polimera, poželjno 1 do 4 tež.%.
14. Postupak za formiranje pripravka razgradivog polimera prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, pri čemu postupak obuhvaća:
(i) formiranje aditiva prema patentnom zahtjevu 13 vrućim ekstrudiranjem, u atmosferi dušika, sa polimerom nosača, dva ili više spojeva prelaznih metala, mono- ili poli-nezasićenom C14-C24 karboksilnom kiselinom, sintetičkom gumom i, izborno, kalcij oksidom i/ili fenolnim antioksidativnim stabilizatorom;
(ii) izborno dodavanje škroba;
(iii) miješanje aditiva sa poliolefinom kako bi se formirala mješavina koja sadrži 1 do 20 tež.% aditiva, poželjno 1 do 4 tež.% aditiva.
15. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, koji dalje obuhvaća formiranje pripravka razgradivog polimera u film koji ima debljinu od 5 do 50 mikrometara, poželjno 10 do 25 mikrometara.
16. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 15, naznačen time što je film kompozitni proizvod koji dodatno sadrži celulozni supstrat
17. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, koji dalje obuhvaća formiranje pripravka razgradivog polimera u vidu ekstrudiranog lijevanog lista koji ima debljinu od najviše 1000 mikrometara.
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, koji dalje obuhvaća formiranje pripravka razgradivog polimera u vidu proizvoda od brizgane plastike.
