本发明涉及一种用于热塑性膜塑配混料的添加剂。包含下列重量百分比的组成部分:铅盐20-40%,复配型金属盐5-10%,硫醇盐15-20%,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯10-15%,氨基巴豆酸酯类5-10%,季戊四醇5-10%,双氰胺10-20%,氨溶烷基胺酮1-11%,布洛波尔3-7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10%,对氯间二甲酚6-12%。所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯是由含有酸性基团从而具有酸化功能的可聚合单体构成的平均颗粒直径在50微米以下的颗粒状均聚物或共聚物。本发明通过使用含有酸性基团的可聚合单体构成的平均颗粒直径在50微米以下的颗粒状(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,使得到的均聚物或共聚物具有在较低温度下仍能够保持添加剂各项功能的性能。

一种用于热塑性膜塑配混料的添加剂
技术领域
    本发明属于涂料添加剂领域,涉及一种用于热塑性膜塑配混料的添加剂。
背景技术
现有技术中,用于热塑性膜塑配混料的添加剂需要在100℃-120℃的温度范围内才能发挥其效果,但是由于配混工艺过程繁多、设备复杂,要在配混过程中始终保持这样的高温十分不易,而温度的不稳定会导致配混过程中出现配混料凝固慢、漏粉、混合不均等问题,该类问题会导致成型材料色泽暗淡、出现裂纹、冒油、分层、变形或桥变等现象,严重影响配混效果。
发明内容
    本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可在80℃-100℃的较低温度范围内发挥作用的用于热塑性膜塑配混料的添加剂。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明的添加剂包含下列重量百分比的组成部分:
铅盐20-40%,复配型金属盐5-10%,硫醇盐15-20%,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯10-15%,氨基巴豆酸酯类5-10%,季戊四醇5-10%,双氰胺10-20%,氨溶烷基胺酮1-11%,布洛波尔3-7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10%,对氯间二甲酚6-12%。
所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯是由含有酸化功能的可聚合单体构成的。
所述含有酸性基团的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的平均颗粒直径在50微米以下。
本发明的添加剂含有平均颗粒直径在50微米以下的酸性(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,可以保证该添加剂在80℃-100℃的较低温度范围内仍能发挥促进配混料凝固、减轻漏粉现象、增加配混料混合的均匀程度、根据配混料本身材质调节配混干湿度等作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的添加剂包含下列重量百分比的组成部分:铅盐40%,复配型金属盐10%,硫醇盐15%,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯15%,氨基巴豆酸酯类5%,季戊四醇5%,双氰胺10%,氨溶烷基胺酮5%,布洛波尔6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%,对氯间二甲酚10%,所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯呈酸性并且其平均颗粒直径在50微米以下。
实施例2
本发明的添加剂包含下列重量百分比的组成部分:铅盐30%,复配型金属盐5%,硫醇盐15%,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯10%,氨基巴豆酸酯类10%,季戊四醇10%,双氰胺20%,氨溶烷基胺酮7%,布洛波尔7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9%,对氯间二甲酚8%,所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯呈酸性并且其平均颗粒直径在50微米以下。

1.一种用于热塑性膜塑配混料的添加剂,其特征在于:其包含下列重量百分比的组成部分
铅盐20-40%,复配型金属盐5-10%,硫醇盐15-20%,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯10-15%,氨基巴豆酸酯类5-10%,季戊四醇5-10%,双氰胺10-20%,氨溶烷基胺酮1-11%,布洛波尔3-7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10%,对氯间二甲酚6-12%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的添加剂,其特征在于:所述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯是由含有酸化功能的可聚合单体构成的。
3.按照权利要求2所述的添加剂,其特征在于:所述含有酸性基团的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的平均颗粒直径在50微米以下。
