Claims (10)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda osiromašenih fitatima, od biljnog materijala dobivenog od mahunarki, koji obuhvaća korake:
- osiguravanja razorenog biljnog materijala koji sadrži <10%(tež./tež.) škroba i <10%(tež./tež.) ulja/lipida,
- istovremenog podešavanja pH razorenog biljnog materijala na vrijednost pH u opsegu od 1.5 do 2.5 i zagrijavanje razorenog biljnog materijala na temperaturu u opsegu od 50°C do 80°C za dobivanje zagrijane kisele suspenzije;
- izoliranja proizvoda iz zagrijane kisele suspenzije.
2. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda osiromašenih fitatima, od biljnog materijala dobivenog od mahunarki, koji obuhvaća korake:
- osiguravanja razorenog biljnog materijala u suhom obliku bez dodavanja tekućine, pri čemu biljni materijal sadrži <10 %(tež./tež.) škroba i <10 %(tež./tež.) ulja/lipida;
- suspendiranja razorenog biljnog materijala pri 50 g/L do 500 g/L u kiselini prethodno zagrijanoj na temperaturu u opsegu od 50°C do 80°C pri pH u opsegu od 1.5 do 2.5;
- izoliranja proizvoda iz zagrijane kisele suspenzije.
3. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se pH podešava kiselinom koja može služiti kao sredstvo za keliranje.
4. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što kiselina sadrži kiselinu odabranu iz grupe koja se sastoji od limunske kiseline, oksalne kiseline, mliječne kiseline, jabučne kiseline, malonske kiseline, vinske kiseline, jantarne kiseline ili njihove kombinacije.
5. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se kisela suspenzija puferira.
6. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je mahunarka odabrana iz grupe koja se sastoji od soje, lupine, boba, graha i graška.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što proizvod osiromašen fitatom je proteinski proizvod osiromašen fitatom.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je trajanje perioda u kojem se biljni materijal održava na povišenoj temperaturi od 1 minute do 10 minuta.
9. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se ne dodaje enzim fitaza ili inhibitor enzima fitaze.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se tekuća frakcija ili suspenzija dalje podvrgavaju koraku koncentriranja, kao što su koraci odabrani od ultrafiltracije, dijafiltracije, nanofiltracije, isparavanja, vakuumskog isparavanja, sušenja zamrzavanjem, brzog sušenja centrifugiranjem, sušenja raspršivanjem, sušenje u lebdećem sloju, ili njihove kombinacije.
