Claims (12)

1. Struktura baterije (1) za električno vozilo, koja sadrži a. kućište baterije (2) za najmanje jedan baterijski modul (3); i b. zaštitni uređaj (4), koji sadrži i. gornji pojas (5) ii. donji pojas (6); i iii. jezgru (7), koja se nalazi između i gornjeg pojasa (5) i donjeg pojasa (6) koje međusobno povezuje, naznačena time što c. gornji pojas (5) ima valoviti poprečni presjek.
2. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što se valovi gornjeg pojasa (5) pružaju u dva smjera.
3. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je gornji pojas (5) uzajamno povezan s najmanje jednom uzdužnom i/ili najmanje jednom poprečnom traverzom (8, 9) kućišta baterije (2).
4. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je gornji pojas (5) uzajamno povezan s okvirom (10) kućišta baterije (2).
5. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3 ili 4, naznačena time što je gornji pojas (5) uzajamno povezan s najmanje jednom uzdužnom i/ili najmanje jednom poprečnom traverzom (8, 9) i/ili okvirom (10) kućišta baterije (2) preko donje nepropusne pregrade (15) kućišta baterije (2).
6. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što gornji pojas (5) naizmjence sadrži izbočine (11) i udubine (12).
7. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačena time što je gornji pojas (5) u području najmanje jedne udubine (12) izravno uzajamno povezan s donjim pojasom (6).
8. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačena time što je gornji pojas (5) u području najmanje jedne udubine (12) izravno povezan s donjim pojasom (6).
9. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7 ili 8, naznačena time što je gornji pojas (5) u području najmanje jedne udubine (12) posredno povezan s donjim pojasom (6) preko jezgre (7).
10. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je jezgra (7) u obliku saća i/ili pjene.
11. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je jezgra (7) načinjena od izolacijskog materijala.
12. Struktura baterije (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se najmanje jednu od udubina (12) upotrebljava za transportiranje fluida za hlađenje i/ili grijanje najmanje jednog baterijskog modula.
