Claims (12)
1. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora (10, 42, 44, 50, 62, 64, 66, 68) koji sadrži barem prvi (12) ravni sloj i drugi (14) njemu susjedan sloj, koji je sa njim pretežno paralelan, te je sastavljen od mehanički čvrstog, ravnog prvog izolacijskog materijala, pri čemu su prvi (12) i drugi (14) slojevi izolacijskog materijala spojeni (22, 24) i razmaknuti od trećeg, valovitog sloja (16) smještenog između njih i koji je sastavljen od mehanički čvrstog, ravnog drugog izolacijskog materijala, pri čemu treći sloj (16) ima bočne rubove, te je izveden valovito na takav način da sve šupljine (18, 20) koje su oblikovane sa valovitim oblikom mogu biti preko bočnih rubova u potpunosti potopljene sa tekućinom (26, 70) naznačen time da visina (28) šupljina (18, 20) koje su oblikovane sa valovitim oblikom odgovara barem dvostrukoj debljini (30) nevalovitog drugog izolacijskog materijala.
2. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je treći sloj (16) barem u područjima izveden valovito na način sličan trapezu.
3. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem zahtjevu 1 i 2, naznačen time da su između prvog (12) i drugog (14) sloja postavljeni barem jedan dodatni ravni sloj i jedan dodatni valoviti sloj koji sa njima spojeni, što rezultira sa naizmjeničnim nizom ravnih (12, 14) i valovitih (16) slojeva.
4. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da prvi izolacijski materijal odgovara drugom izolacijskom materijalu.
5. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se šupljine (18, 20) pružaju paralelno prema osi poravnavanja (72), te time da je izolacijski modul (10, 42, 44, 50, 62, 64, 66, 68) savijen barem u područjima oko osi savijanja koja je sa njim paralelna.
6. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da su njegovi odgovarajući slojevi (12, 14, 16) međusobno spojeni (22, 24) u već savijenom stanju.
7. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su susjedni slojevi (12, 14, 16) međusobno spojeni (22, 24) pomoću adhezijskog sredstva otpornog na visoki napon.
8. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su sve šupljine (18, 20) koje su oblikovane pomoću valovitog oblika u potpunosti potopljene sa uljem (26, 70).
9. Izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je barem jedan bočni rub valovitog sloja (16) izbočen prema unutra u odnosu na susjedne slojeve (12, 14), tako da oblikuje žlijeb sa šupljinom žlijeba (46, 48).
10. Raspored izolacijskih modula uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da su barem dva izolacijska modula uljnog transformatora (42, 44, 62, 64) koji svaki imaju barem jedan žlijeb (46, 48) postavljeni jedni pored drugih na strani žlijeba, te je zajednička šupljina žlijeba formirana pomoću međusobno susjednih žljebova (46, 48), te time da su dva izolacijska modula uljnog transformatora (42, 44, 62, 64) međusobno spojena pomoću dodatnog izolacijskog modula uljnog transformatora (50, 66, 68), koji je svojim oblikom prilagođen obliku zajedničke šupljine žlijeba, te je postavljen u njega.
11. Raspored prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je mnoštvo izolacijskih modula uljnog transformatora (62, 64) koji su savijeni barem u dijelovima, spojeno tako da oblikuje prstenastu strukturu.
12. Uljni transformator naznačen time da sadrži spremnik ulja i barem jedan izolacijski modul uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9 ili barem jedan raspored izolacijskih modula uljnog transformatora prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 10 i 11.
