Claims (16)
1. Postupak dobivanja litij hidroksida, navedeni postupak sadrži:
podvrgavanje prvog vodenog sastava koji sadrži litij sulfat elektromembranskim postupkom pod odgovarajućim uvjetima za barem djelomičnu konverziju navedenog litij sulfata u litij hidroksid i da se dobije drugi vodeni sastav koja sadrži litij sulfat;
povećanje koncentracije kiseline u navedenom drugom vodenom sastavu; i
obnavljanje litij sulfata u obliku litij sulfata monohidrata iz navedenog drugog vodenog sastava ponovna uporaba za elektromembranski postupak.
2. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeni postupak sadrži povećanje koncentracije kiseline u navedenom drugom vodenom sastavu uklanjanjem vode iz navedenog drugog vodenog sastava.
3. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se povećana koncentracija navedene kiseline izvodi zagrijavanjem navedenog drugog vodenog sastava.
4. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što se navedeni drugi vodeni sastav zagrijava na temperaturi od oko 110 ° C do oko 130 ° C.
5. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što se navedeni drugi vodeni sastav zagrijava pod smanjenim tlakom ili vakuumom ispod njega.
6. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što se navedeni drugi vodeni sastav zagrijava pod atmosferskim tlakom.
7. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se povećana koncentracija navedene kiseline vrši postupkom membranske dehidratacije, membranskim postupkom reverzibilne osmoze ili dodavanjem neke kiseline.

9. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 7, naznačen time što uklanjanje vode iz navedenog drugog vodenog sastava uzrokuje u osnovi selektivno taloženje litij sulfata monohidrata.
10. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 7, naznačen time što uklanjanje vode iz navedenog drugog vodenog sastava uzrokuje kristalizacija litij sulfata monohidrata.
11. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što navedeni postupak sadrži povećanje koncentracije kiseline u navedenom drugom vodenom sastavu uklanjanjem vode iz navedenog drugog vodenog sastava i time u osnovi selektivnog taloženje litij sulfata.
12. Postupak sukladno bilo kojim od zahtjeva 8 do 11, naznačen time, što nadalje sadrži provođenje razdvajanja krute tekućine za rekuperiranje navedenog litij sulfat, čime se dobije navedeni litij sulfat i kiseli sastav.
13. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 11, naznačen time što nadalje sadrži izvođenje razdvajanje krute tekućine na temperaturi od oko 25 ° C do oko 125 ° C da bi se dobio navedeni litij sulfat, čime se dobija navedeni litij sulfat i kiseli sastav.
14. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 11, koji nadalje sadrži postupak razdvajanja krute tekućine za rekuperiranje navedenog litij sulfata, čime se dobija navedeni litij sulfat i kiseli sastav učinkovit za miješanje s materijalom koji sadrži litij.
