Claims (17)

1. Postupak pripreme hidrofobizirajućih pripravaka za obradu kože koji uključuje korake a) započinjanje radikalne kopolimerizacije i) najmanje jedne etilenski nezasićene karboksilne kiseline ili njezinih derivata, i ii) najmanje jednog (met)akrilata primarno zasićenog C8 do C22 alkohola, b) miješanje reakcijske smjese dobivene nakon koraka a) s vodom, c) soljenje najmanje nekih karboksilnih skupina reakcijske smjese dobivene nakon koraka b) s bazom, i d) rezanje reakcijske smjese dobivene nakon koraka c) na prosječnu veličinu čestica od 0,05-10 µm, izmjerenu uređajem tipa LS 230 proizvedenim od tvrtke Beckman Coulter, pri čemu se korak a) provodi u ulju kao reakcijskom mediju i pri čemu atmosfera u koraku a) sadrži manje od 0,1 volumenskih% oksidirajućeg plina.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se najmanje jedna etilenski nezasićena karboksilna kiselina ili njezini derivati komponente i) odabire iz skupine koja sadrži akrilnu kiselinu, metakrilnu kiselinu, itakonsku kiselinu, fumarnu kiselinu i maleinsku kiselinu i također njihove derivate, poželjno anhidride, poželjnije maleinski anhidrid, i soli alkalijskih metala, poželjno natrijev akrilat i njihove smjese.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačen time što je najmanje jedan (met)akrilat primarno zasićenog C8 do C22 alkohola komponente ii) odabran iz skupine koja sadrži oktil akrilat, oktil metakrilat, 2-etilheksil akrilat, 2-etilheksil metakrilat, metakrilni ester hidrogeniranog alkohola iz lojne masti, akrilni ester hidrogeniranog alkohola iz lojne masti, stearil metakrilat, stearil akrilat, heksadecil akrilat, heksadecil metakrilat, dodecil akrilat, dodecil metakrilat, eikozanil akrilat, eikozanil metakrilat, dokozanil metakrilat i dokozanil akrilat i njihove smjese, poželjno iz skupine koju čine heksadecil akrilat, stearil metakrilat i njihove smjese.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, naznačen time što kopolimerizaciju započinje najmanje jedan aktivator odabran iz skupine koju čine tercijarni butil hidroperoksid, ditercijarni butil peroksid, dibenzoil peroksid, sukcinski peroksid, kumen hidroperoksid, tercijarni butil perbenzoat, 2,2'-azobis(2-metilbutironitril), 2,2'-azobisizobutironitril i njihove smjese, poželjno koju čine ditercijarni butil peroksid, 2,2'-azobis(2-metilbutironitril) i njihove smjese.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što se ulje koje se koristi u koraku a) bira iz skupine koja se sastoji od sintetičkih ulja, prirodnih ulja i njihovih smjesa, po mogućnosti od sintetičkih ulja, poželjnije od bijelog ulja.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time što korak a) koristi najmanje jedno sredstvo za prijenos lanca, poželjno odabrano iz skupine koja se sastoji od alkil merkaptana, tioglikolnih estera, fenola, nezasićenih spojeva, poželjno od oleinske kiseline, nižih alkohola, poželjno n-butanola i tert-butanola, i aldehida.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što maseni omjer najmanje jedne etilenski nezasićene karboksilne kiseline ili njezinih derivata komponente i) prema najmanje jednom (met)akrilatu primarnog zasićenog C8 do C22 alkohola komponenti ii) iznosi 1:10-10:1, poželjno 1:7-4:1, poželjnije 1:4-2:1 i najpoželjnije 1:3-1:1.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, naznačen time što je rezanje u koraku d) do prosječne veličine čestica od 0,1-8 µm.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8, naznačen time što se u postupku koriste razne dodane tvari, odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od organskih otapala, emulgatora, konzervansa i najmanje još jednog daljnjeg komonomera komponente iii), navedeni daljnji komonomer se koristi u koraku a).
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačen time što su količine komponenata korištenih u koracima a)-d) postupka, u odnosu na ukupnu suhu količinu reakcijske smjese dobivene nakon koraka d), kako slijedi: - najmanje jedna etilenski nezasićena karboksilna kiselina ili njezini derivati komponenta i) : 3,0 do 25,0 mas,%, poželjno 5,0 do 20,0 mas,%, poželjnije 5,0 do 10,0 mas,%, - najmanje jedan (met)akrilat primarnog zasićenog C8 do C22 alkohola komponenta ii): 8,0 do 20,0 mas,%, poželjno 10,0 do 20,0 mas,%, poželjnije 10,0 do 15,0 mas,%, - najmanje jedan aktivator: 0,12 do 5 mas,%, poželjno 0,35 do 2,0 mas,%, poželjnije 0,42 do 1,0 mas,%, - najmanje jedno sredstvo za prijenos lanca: 0,02 do 2,0 mas,%, poželjno 0,05 do 1,2 mas,%, poželjnije 0,08 do 1,0 mas,%, - najmanje jedna baza: 1,8 do 7,0 mas,%, poželjno 2,1 do 6,0 mas,%, poželjnije 3,0 do 4,5 mas,%, - ulje: 50,0 do 87,0 mas,%, poželjno 60,0 do 82,5 mas,%, poželjnije 63,0 do 81,5 mas,%, i - razne dodane tvari: 0,0 do 8,0 mas,%, poželjno 0,0 do 5,0 mas,%, poželjnije 0,0 do 2,0 mas,%.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10, naznačen time što postupak koristi manje od 2 mas.%, poželjno manje od 1 mas.% i poželjnije manje od 0,5 mas.% organskog otapala, u odnosu na ukupnu suhu količinu reakcijske smjese dobivene nakon koraka d).
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11, naznačen time što postupak koristi manje od 2 mas.%, poželjno manje od 1 mas.% i poželjnije manje od 0,5 mas.% emulgatora, u odnosu na ukupnu suhu količinu reakcijske smjese dobivene nakon koraka d).
13. Hidrofobizirajući pripravak za obradu kože, dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-12.
14. Vodena disperzija koja sadrži - najmanje jedan kopolimer koji se može dobiti započinjanjem radikalne kopolimerizacije najmanje jedne etilenski nezasićene karboksilne kiseline ili njezinih derivata komponente i) s najmanje jednim (met)akrilatom primarno zasićenog C8 do C22 alkohola komponente ii), i - najmanje jedno ulje, pri čemu je prosječna veličina čestica disperzije 0,05-10 µm, poželjno 0,1-8 µm.
15. Postupak za štavljenje kože upotrebom hidrofobirajućeg pripravka za obradu kože prema patentnom zahtjevu 13 ili vodene disperzije prema patentnom zahtjevu 14.
16. Koža naznačena time što je dobivena postupkom prema patentnom zahtjevu 15.
17. Koža prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačena time što ima MAESER vrijednost veću od 15 000, poželjno veću od 30 000 i poželjnije veću od 50 000, i/ili statičku apsorpciju vode manju od 35%, poželjno manju od 30%, izmjereno prema ASTM D-2099-70.
