Claims (9)
1. Poklopac limenke koji ima otvor za ponovljeno brtveno zatvaranje, prvenstveno na limenkama za napitke,
koji obuhvaća ograničeno područje otvora (11) koje je izvedeno u metalnom materijalu poklopca na površini (3) poklopca kao i dvokraki podizni element koji je namijenjen za otvaranje tog područja otvora (11),
pri čemu je, s jedne strane, navedeni podizni element spojen s poteznim zaponcem (15), a s druge strane, zahvaća na područje otvora (11) površine (3) poklopca, te se podupire preko nosivog ležaja za prebacivanje sile otvaranja koja se primjenjuje na potezni zaponac (15),
gdje je područje otvora (11) izvedeno kao zaporni poklopac i spojeno je na svojem vanjskom rubu uz prijenos sile s obodnim dijelom (5) koji je sastavljen od plastičnog materijala i pritom je prihvatni dio (10) poklopca udružen s obodnim dijelom (5), dok je navedeni prihvatni dio (10) poklopca spojen s prijenosom sile na površinu (3) poklopca izvan područja otvora (11) i sastavljen je od plastičnog materijala;
pri čemu obodni dio (5) nadalje zahvaća preko prihvatnog dijela (10) poklopca i formiran je brtveni zasunski spoj za trenutni potisak koji ima barem jedno obodno spojno rebro (34) i isječak (39) koji je komplementarno oblikovan s njim, što je izvedeno između obodnog dijela (5) i prihvatnog dijela (10) poklopca;
gdje je potezni zaponac (15) pričvršćen radijalno izvan prihvatnog dijela (10) poklopca na pričvrsno područje obodnog dijela (5) i dvokraka poluga za otvaranje područja otvora (11) formirana je uz djelomično rubno područje obodnog dijela (5) udruženog s pričvrsnim područjem; i
pri čemu je donja strana metalnog poklopca posebno obložena preko cjelokupne površine na način čvrstog lijepljenja plastičnim materijalom i ta obloga je istanjena ili tanje obavija područje otvora,
naznačen time, da i obodni dio (5) i prihvatni dio (10) poklopca imaju veći broj odljevenih izbočina (30) koje su raspoređene rasprostranjeno u prstenastom obliku,
i time, da se te izbočine (30) protežu kroz prilagođene otvore (31) u metalnom dijelu poklopca;
te time, da su obodni dio (5) i prihvatni dio (10) poklopca odgovarajuće spojeni s metalnim dijelom poklopca tako, da pristaju oblikom i prenose silu, kao i brtveno pomoću deformacija izbočina (30) nalik na zakovice, pod učinkom zagrijavanja za vrijeme umetanja pomoćnog ljepljivog sloja (37).
2. Poklopac limenke prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se ljepljivi umetnuti pomoćni sloj ili brtveni sloj koji reagira na povišenoj temperaturi, proteže preko obje površine metalnog dijela poklopca, naime, preko vanjskih i unutrašnjih površina od tog dijela poklopca.
3. Poklopac limenke prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da je područje otvora (11) koje je ograničeno obodnom linijom trganja, spojeno na susjedno područje poklopca s jednim istanjenim žlijebom (4) koji je barem djelomično perforiran, prvenstveno u početnim i završnim područjima koja su povezana s pokretom trganja.
4. Poklopac limenke prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da obodni dio (5), prihvatni dio (10) poklopca i potezni zaponac (15), sadrže isti plastični materijal, prvenstveno polipropilen, i oblikovani su pomoću injektiranja u kalupni element koji se slaže sa spojnim pločicama (42), te time, da se mogu pretvoriti u montažnu jedinicu pomoću savijanja i pritom se mogu spojiti u koraku povezivanja, s metalnim dijelom poklopca preko izbočina (30).
5. Poklopac limenke prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je prihvatni dio (10) poklopca brtveno spojen na svojem obodnom rubu koji dodiruje metalni dio poklopca, s tim metalnim dijelom poklopca pomoću brtvljenja zagrijavanjem.
6. Poklopac limenke prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time, da potezni zaponac (15) ima izbočinu koja se proteže sve do metalnog dijela poklopca i koja je spojena s dijelom poklopca pomoću brtvljenja.
7. Poklopac limenke, prvenstveno prema jednom ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zasunski spoj za trenutni potisak između obodnog dijela (5) i prihvatnog dijela (10) poklopca, obuhvaća spojno i brtveno rebro (34) koje je izvedeno na prihvatnom dijelu (10) poklopca i koje zahvaća u prvu prilagođenu udubinu u obodnom dijelu (5) te obuhvaća prednapregnuto i zasunsko rebro (35) koje zasunski zahvaća u drugu udubinu obodnog dijela i pritišće zidno rebro između dvije udubine prema spojnom i brtvenom rebru (34).
8. Poklopac limenke prema jednom ili više od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da je područje otvora (11) poklopca metalne limenke (1) razdvojeno od površine poklopca koja ga opkoljava za vrijeme formiranja zajedničkih zahvatnih ispupčenja (32) i udubljenja (33) postupkom izrezivanja, prvenstveno postupkom štancanja i probijanja; i time, da se područje otvora (11) i površina poklopca koja ga opkoljava, pridržavaju zajedno kao komponenta koja pristaje odgovarajućim oblikom i s prijenosom sile preko tih ispupčenja (32) i udubljenja (33); te time, da se za završeni, neotvoreni poklopac limenke osigurava nepropusnost na curenje pomoću unutrašnjeg polaganja plastične obloge ili folije.
9. Poklopac limenke prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da su ispupčenja (32) i udubljenja (33) sjedinjena preko kosih podreza.
