1. Toplinski izolirani cjevovod (1) koji obuhvaća najmanje jednu cijev (4) za radni medij, najmanje jednu toplinsku izolaciju (3) raspoređenu oko cijevi za radni medij, i najmanje jedan vanjski omotač (2) raspoređen oko toplinske izolacije, naznačen time, da
je navedena cijev (4) za radni medij oblikovana kao fleksibilni cijevni odsječak, i
navedeni vanjski omotač (2) po mogućnosti obuhvaća pregradu (9) načinjenu od plastike, i
navedena toplinska izolacija (3) sadrži pjenu čiji ćelijski plin sadrži 10-100 volumenskih % hidrofluoroolefina (HFO) i od 0-50 volumenskih % (ciklo)-alkana i 0-50 volumenskih % CO2, te time, da je navedeni HFO odabran iz skupine koja obuhvaća spojeve formule (I)
u kojoj
R5 i R6 međusobno neovisno označavaju H, F, Cl, CF3 i pritom je
navedeni alkan odabran iz skupine koju čine propan, butan, (ciklo)-pentan, (ciklo)-heksan, te time, da
navedena toplinska izolacija (3) sadrži pjenu odabranu iz skupine poliuretana (PU), poliizocijanurata (PIR), termoplastičnih poliestera (PET), i termoplastičnih poliolefina.
2. Cjevovod prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je vanjski omotač (2) oblikovan kao valovita cijev ili rebrasta cijev, te time, da je spomenuta cijev (4) za radni medij oblikovana kao fleksibilni cijevni odsječak.
3. Cjevovod prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da spomenuti ćelijski plin sadrži 10-100 volumenskih % HFO i 0-50 volumenskih % (ciklo)-alkana i 0-50 volumenskih % CO2, i uz uvjet da omjer HFO naspram (ciklo)-alkana iznosi najmanje 2,5:1.
4. Cjevovod prema jednom od zahtjeva 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time, da je HFO odabran iz skupine koja sadrži spojeve formule (I) koji predstavljaju R1233zd i/ili R1336mzz.
5. Cjevovod prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da toplinska izolacija sadrži pjenu koja je odabrana iz skupine poliuretana (PU).
6. Cjevovod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da je spomenuta pjena odabrana od:
- PU koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1233zd i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina;
- PU koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1336mzz i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina;
- PIR koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1233zd i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina;
- PIR koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1336mzz i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina;
- PET koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1233zd i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina;
- PET koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1336mzz i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina;
- PE koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1233zd i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina; i/ili
- PE koji sadrži 50-100 volumenskih % R1336mzz i 0-50 volumenskih % ciklopentana kao ćelijskog plina.
7. Cjevovod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da je načinjena pregrada (9) koja je oblikovana kao sloj
- koji smanjuje difuziju plinova iz toplinske izolacije i u toplinsku izolaciju; i
- koji omogućava difuziju vode iz toplinske izolacije.
8. Cjevovod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da je pregrada (9)
- raspoređena kao sloj na toplinskoj izolaciji; i/ili
- kao sloj na unutrašnjoj strani vanjskog omotača; i/ili
- kao sloj u vanjskom omotaču.
9. Cjevovod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da pregrada (9)
- obuhvaća kopolimer etilena i vinilnog alkohola ili kopolimer etilena i ugljičnog monoksida ili kopolimer etilena i ugljičnog monoksida i propilena; i
- ima debljinu sloja od 0,05 do 0,5 mm.
10. Cjevovod prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da polimer sadrži 50-100 težinskih % strukturnih jedinica formule (II) ili (III) ili (IV),
u kojima
m označava 1-10,
n označava 2-20, [gdje m/n iznosi 30/100 do 50/100 ],
o označava 1 ili 2, poželjno 1,
p označava 1 ili 2, poželjno 1,
q označava 1-20, i
r označava 1-20.
11. Cjevovod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time, da je spomenuta cijev (4) za radni medij
- fleksibilna plastična cijev, gdje je plastika odabrana iz skupine ABS, PEXa, PEXb, PEXc, PE, polibutena (PB), polietilena povećane temperature (PE-RT) i poliketona (PK); ili
- fleksibilna plastična cijev koja ima vanjski metalni sloj, pri čemu je plastika odabrana iz skupine ABS, PEXa, PEXb, PEXc, PE, polibutena (PB), polietilena povećane temperature (PE-RT) i poliketona (PK), dok je metal odabran iz skupine aluminija; ili
- fleksibilna metalna cijev, pri čemu je metal odabran iz skupine bakra uključujući njegove legure, željeza uključujući njegove legure, te aluminija uključujući njegove legure.
12. Cjevovod prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time, da spomenuta toplinska izolacija (3) obuhvaća pjenasti materijal zatvorenih ćelija, čiji se ćelijski plin sastoji od sljedećih:
- do 10-100 volumenskih % hidrofluoroolefina (HFO);
- do 0-50 volumenskih % (ciklo)-alkana;
- do 0-50 volumenskih % CO2; i
- do 0-5 volumenskih % dušika i/ili kisika.
13. Postupak proizvodnje toplinski izoliranog cjevovoda prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time, da je toplinska izolacija (3) oblikovana pomoću stvaranja pjene od plastičnog sastava koji sadrži polimerne komponente za tvorbu pjene i HFO kao sredstvo za raspuhivanje.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time, da
- plastični sastav obuhvaća dvije tekuće komponente, pri čemu prva komponenta sadrži poliol i HFO, a druga komponenta sadrži izocijanate; ili
- plastični sastav obuhvaća dvije tekuće komponente, pri čemu prva komponenta sadrži poliol, a druga komponenta sadrži izocijanat i HFO; ili
- plastični sastav se sastoji od taljene komponente i ta talina se miješa s HFO pod tlakom.
15. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13 ili 14 za proizvodnju toplinski izoliranog cjevovoda (1) koji ima najmanje jednu fleksibilnu cijev (4) za radni medij, sloj toplinske izolacije (3) i vanjski omotač (2), po mogućnosti s pregradom (9) načinjenom od plastike, pri čemu se
(e) najmanje jedna cijev radnog medija dostavlja neprekidno i omotana je plastičnom folijom koja je oblikovana u crijevo;
(f) plastični sastav koji se može pretvoriti u pjenu, uvodi kao sloj toplinske izolacije u prostor između cijevi radnog medija i crijeva;
(g) cijev radnog medija i crijevo uvode u kalup oblikovan od pridruženih odljevnih dijelova i taj odljeveni alat se napušta na svojem kraju; te potom
(h) vanjski omotač se ekstrudira na površinu crijeva,
naznačen time, da plastični sastav koji se može pretvoriti u pjenu, sadrži polimernu(e) komponentu(e) za tvorbu pjene i HFO kao sredstvo za raspuhivanje.
16. Postupak prema zahtjevu 15, naznačen time, da je načinjena pregrada (9) i
- pregrada se uvodi između pjenastog sloja toplinske izolacije i unutrašnje strane vanjskog omotača pomoću crijeva koje je oblikovano od polimera; ili
- pregrada se nanosi putem koekstrudiranja zajedno s vanjskim omotačem; ili
- pregrada se nanosi izravno na crijevo; ili
- prvo se nanosi sloj vanjskog omotača, nakon toga dolazi pregrada, a zatim slijedi najmanje jedan dodatni sloj vanjskog omotača.
17. Uporaba hidrofluoroolefina, naznačena time, da služi kao ćelijski plin u toplinskoj izolaciji s pjenastim materijalom kod sustava fleksibilnog plastičnog cjevovoda za radni medij (PMR), pri čemu navedeni ćelijski plin sadrži 10-100 volumenskih % hidrofluoroolefina (HFO) i 0-50 volumenskih % (ciklo)-alkana i 0-50 volumenskih % CO2, gdje je navedeni HFO odabran iz skupine koja obuhvaća spojeve formule (I)
u kojoj
R5 i R6 međusobno neovisno označavaju H, F, Cl, CF3 i pritom je navedeni alkan odabran iz skupine koju čine propan, butan, (ciklo)-pentan, (ciklo)-heksan.
18. Sustav plastičnog cjevovoda za radni medij, koji sadrži toplinsku izolaciju, naznačen time, da navedena toplinska izolacija obuhvaća pjenu čiji je ćelijski plin definiran u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 17.
