Abstract
Description
a)一方では、発泡剤ガスの二倍量が発泡プロセスの間に膨張し、発泡構造の制御不能な変化をもたらす。既存のPU発泡体および製造設備は、より少量のシクロペンタンに対して最適化され、発泡剤の膨張に関して多量に関連する変化は、広範な新たな展開をもたらす。
b)シクロペンタンは、PU発泡体の可塑剤として作用する。量が1.86倍増加すると、著しい軟化が生じる。一方では、発泡体が補助的な役割を果たす、すなわち複合材全体の機械的安定性に不可欠であるため、これは望ましくない。一方、製造プロセスにおける発泡体の柔らかさの増加は、パイプ複合材全体が理想的な円形断面形状からますます逸脱する結果となるため、これは望ましくない。したがって、シクロペンタンのHFOによる完全置換または部分置換は、発泡体の機械的特性を改善することが見出されている。シクロペンタンは、典型的には、その粘度を低下させるために出発物質に添加される。しかしながら、生成された発泡体が十分な機械的強度を有しなければならないという点で最大量には限界がある。これらの相反する目標は、シクロペンタンをHFOで置き換えることによって達成することができる。同等の量のHFOの使用は、最終発泡体の均一な機械的強度で低下した粘度を有する出発物質を生じる。したがって、生産性は、均一な製品品質で改善することができる。

発泡性プラスチック組成物が発泡体形成のためのポリマー成分と、発泡剤としてのHFOとを含有することを特徴とする。既に述べたように、HFOは、混合ヘッド内で2つの液体成分と混合され得るか、またはHFOは、2つの成分の一方と予め混合され、次いで混合ヘッドに供給される。この方法の変形例において、
− バリアが、発泡断熱材とチューブの形態の外側ジャケットの外側との間に導入されることができるか、または、
− バリアは、外側パイプの内側に適用することができるか、または、
− バリアは、外側パイプに設けられることができるか、または、
− バリアは、外側パイプの外側に適用することができる。
Pexaからなる外径63mmおよび壁厚5.8mmの媒体パイプを供給ドラムから連続的に巻き戻した。発泡ステーションの直前に、この媒体パイプをPEフィルムで囲み、これを供給装置から巻き戻し、形成ショルダーを介して供給した。対応する量の31%NCO含量を有するジフェニルメチレンジイソシアネート(MDI)をベースとするポリマーイソシアネートと、(ASTMD4274Dによって測定された)410mgKOH/gのOH価と0.8%の含水量とを有するポリオールとからなる混合物が、上部がまだ開いていたチューブフィルムに分配された。この場合、イソシアネート成分は反応性OH基に対してわずかに超化学量論的に使用された。2つの成分を、分配の前に150バールの圧力で、高圧混合ヘッド中で激しく混合した。対応する量のHFO/シクロペンタンを、予めポリオール成分中に攪拌した。二成分混合物の分配の直後に、チューブフィルムの上端で溶接した。その後直ちに生じたPU発泡体を成形ジョーにより円筒形状に成形し、硬化後にPE製のジャケットを連続的に押出した。
各場合において、380〜420gの量のポリオールをビーカーに入れ、表に示された発泡剤の量を撹拌した。溶液の粘度は、ブルックフィールドのタイプ粘度計DV I−Primeの回転粘度計で測定した。3回の測定値の平均値を記録した。
異なるセルガスを含むPU発泡体の平均孔径は、DIN EN 253:2015−12により測定した。それぞれの場合に3回の測定から平均が形成された。
結果を表にまとめ、図4のグラフに示す。
Pensky−Martens(DIN EN ISO2719:2003−9)の方法により、試料番号1および番号3の引火点が決定された。試料番号2は、Abel−Pensky(DIN51755)の方法により、測定した。実施例1と同じポリオールを各場合に使用した。結果を表にまとめる。
一般:種々のセルガス組成を有する断熱導管パイプを実施例1によって製造した。

- 少なくとも1つの媒体パイプ(4)と、前記媒体パイプの周囲に配置された少なくとも1つの断熱材(3)と、前記断熱材の周囲に配置された少なくとも1つの外側ジャケット(2)とを備える断熱導管パイプ(1)であって、
前記外側ジャケット(2)は、場合によっては、プラスチック製のバリア(9)を備え、
前記断熱材(3)は、発泡体を含み、前記発泡体のセルガスが、10〜100体積%のハイドロフルオロオレフィン(HFO)および0〜50体積%の(シクロ)アルカンおよび0〜50体積%のCO2を含有し、
前記HFOは、式(I)の化合物を含む群から選択され、
前記アルカンは、プロパン、ブタン、(シクロ)ペンタン、(シクロ)ヘキサンを含む群から選択され、

前記外側ジャケット(2)は、プラスチック製の少なくとも1つのバリア(9)を含み、
前記断熱材(3)は、発泡体を含み、前記発泡体のセルガスが、少なくとも10体積%のHFOを含有することを特徴とする、プラスチック製のカバー装置、またはプラスチック製のブッシング。 - 導管パイプ、カバー装置、および/またはブッシングにおける、請求項18に記載の使用。
