Claims (7)
- 하나 이상의 내관, 내관을 중심으로 하여 간격을 두고 배열된 외관 및 폴리우레탄- 또는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 주성분으로 하는 열절연층으로 채워진 내관과 외관 사이의 환상 간극으로 구성된 열절연 도관의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 내관은 연속적으로 외관에 의해 둘러싸여지고, 발포성 플라스틱이 환상 간극으로 도입되며, 폴리올 성분이 이소시아네이트 성분과 혼합되기 직전에 펌프에 의해 액상 추진제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추진제가 펜탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 이소시아네이트 성분과 혼합되기 직전에 공기가 계량 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 정적 혼합기 내에서 폴리올 성분, 펜탄 및 경우에 따라 공기가 혼합되고, 동적 혼합기 내에서 이 혼합물과 이소시아네이트 성분이 혼합되며, 이렇게 제조된 발포성 혼합물이 환상 간극으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 액상 펜탄은 기압 펌프에 의해 저장 탱크로부터 안전선을 따라 3-피스톤 격판 펌프로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 펜탄은 3-피스톤 격판 펌프에 의해 가요성이 큰 호스를 따라 정적 혼합기로 추진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분, 펜탄 및 경우에 따라 공기를 함유하는 혼합물과 이소시아네이트 성분은 기어 펌프에 의해 동적 혼합기로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
