Claims (20)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju obloženog ambalažnog materijala (10), koji uključuje najmanje korake: a) pružanje supstrata (12) koji ima osnovni materijal (14) od celuloze, vanjsku stranu (16) koja je okrenuta prema ambalažnom predmetu, kao i unutarnju stranu (18) koja je okrenuta prema ambalažnom predmetu , pri čemu je osnovni materijal (14) obloženi ili neobloženi papir, obloženi ili neobloženi karton ili obloženi ili neobloženi karton; b) oblaganje barem unutarnje strane (18) supstrata s barem jednim slojem vodene smjese, uključujući najmanje polivinil alkohol i/ili barem jedan kopolimer polivinil alkohola, kao i agensa za umrežavanje, pri čemu je vodeni sastav ima najviše 40 mas.%. kopolimer polivinil alkohola i/ili polivinil alkohol i ukupni udio krute tvari najmanje 26 % mas. najviše 55 % mas., pri čemu se kao vezivno sredstvo upotrebljava malonska kiselina, glutarna kiselina, adipinska kiselina, limunska kiselina, butantrakarboksilna kiselina, maleinska kiselina i/ili bilo koja slučajna smjesa iz ove stavke, pri čemu je pH vrijednost vodenog sastava prije nanošenja supstrata (12) postavljena na vrijednost između 1.0 i 5.0; c) sušenjem sloja i umrežavanjem polivinilnog alkohola i / ili kopolimera polivinil-alkohola uz pomoć sredstva za umrežavanje i stvaranja barijerskog sloja (22a, 22b) za hidrofobne spojeve u kojima je sredstvo za umrežavanje reakcijom s kopolimerom polivinil-alkohola i/ili polivinil-alkohola pridonosi formiranju trodimenzionalne mreže.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se koristi vodeni sastav - sa sadržajem kopolimera polivinilnog alkohola i/ili polivinil alkohola između 2 tež.%. i 35 mas.%, posebno između 10 tež. i 32 tež.%. a poželjno između 26 tež.%. i 30 mas.%; i/ili - sa ukupnim sadržajem krute tvari između 26 tež.%. i 52 tež.%, posebno između 26 tež. i 50% tež. a poželjno između 26 tež.%. i 45 mas.%; i/ili - sa sadržajem vode od najmanje 45 mas.%, posebno najmanje 55 mas. i poželjno sa sadržajem vode između 65 tež.%. i 70% tež.
3. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačena time da se koristi polivinilni alkohol i/ili kopolimer polivinilnog alkohola - sa stupnjem hidrolize između 75 % i 100 %, posebno između 80 % i 99.9 %; i/ili - sa stupnjem polimerizacije između 100 i 3000, posebno između 120 i 1200 i poželjno između 150 i 650; i/ili - s prosječnom molekulskom masom između 11000 g/mol i 60000 g/mol, posebno između 13000 g/mol i 23000 g/mol i/ili između 31000 g/mol i 50000 g/mol.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što upotrebljava se vodeni sastav, koji uključuje najmanje jedan daljnji polimer i/ili kopolimer kao aditiv.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time, da je najmanje jedan daljnji polimer i/ili kopolimer dispergiran u vodenom sastavu i/ili da je najmanje jedan daljnji polimer i/ili kopolimer odabran iz skupine koja uključuje poli(met)akrilate, polimetil(met)akrilate, poliamide, biopolimere, posebice hitozan, poliuretane, polivinilakrilate, poliestere, posebno poli(met)estere akrilne kiseline, polivinilestere, estere polimerne kiseline, polihidroksialkanoate, polihidroksibutirate i/ili polihidroksibuterne kiseline i/ili kopolimeri.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što kao dodatno sredstvo za umrežavanje se koristi: - tetraetilortosilikat; i / ili - poliakrilna kiselina, polialkilarna kiselina, posebno polimetakrilna kiselina i/ili polietilakrilna kiselina, i/ili odabrana slučajna smjesa i/ili polimerizat i/ili njihov kopolimerizat.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se upotrebljava vodeni sastav, koji uključuje između 0.01 i 55 dijelova mase sredstva za umrežavanje i/ili između 1 i 60 dijelova mase punila i/ili pigmenta koji se odnosi na 100 dijelova mase polivinilnog alkohola i/ili kopolimer polivinil-alkohola.
8. Metoda prema zahtjevu 7, naznačena time, da se upotrebljava punilo i/ili pigment, koji je stabilan na kiselinu i/ili ima barem uglavnom sferne i/ili geometrijski oblikovane čestice trombocita.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se upotrebljava vodeni sastav koji ima viskoznost između 150 mPas i 2500 mPas, posebno između 200 mPas i 1700 mPas.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se vodeni pripravak nanosi na supstrat (12) tako da je suha masa povezana s površinom između 1 g/m2 i 20 g/m2, a posebno između 3 g/m2 i 15 g/m2, i/ili da se vodeni sastav nanosi na supstrat (12) tako da sloj ima vlažni film debljine između 1 µm i 1000 µm, posebno između 10 µm i 200 µm.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se vodeni pripravak nanosi na supstrat (12) metodom izravnavanja, posebno pomoću skalpela, oštrice i/ili preše za film, i/ili postupkom oblaganja konturama, posebno pomoću lijevanja, prskanja, zastiranja i/ili prskanja uz pomoć zraka.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time, da se vodeni pripravak nanosi na supstrat (12) na temperaturi između 30° C i 85° C, a posebno između 35° C i 80° C.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time, da se obloženi supstrat (12) suši u koraku c) infracrvenim zračenjem i/ili pomoću konvekcije i/ili pod UV zračenjem i/ili da obloženi supstrat (12) se osuši do zaostalih vlažnosti između 3 tež.%. 12%, težinski, posebno između 6% tež. i 10 tež.%.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što je u koraku a) predviđen supstrat (12) koji uključuje osnovni materijal (14), čija je vanjska strana (16) opremljena kondicionirajući sloj i/ili pokrovni sloj.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time, da je supstrat (12) nakon koraka c) obložen s daljnjim vodenim sastavom, pri čemu daljnji vodeni sastav uključuje najmanje polivinil alkohol i/ili kopolimer polivinil-alkohola i ne uključuje agense za umrežavanje.
16. Ambalažni materijal (10), uključujući: - supstrat (12) koji ima za osnovni materijal (14) celulozu, vanjska strana (16) koja je okrenuta prema ambalažnom predmetu, kao i unutarnja strana (18) koja je okrenuta prema ambalažnom predmetu, pri čemu je bazni materijal (14) papir koji je obložen ili neobložen, obložen ili neobložen karton ili obložena ili neobložena ljepenka; i - slojni sustav (20) smješten na unutarnjoj strani (18) supstrata (12) s najmanje jednim barijerskim slojem (22a, 22b) za hidrofobne spojeve, naznačen time, da pregradni sloj (22a, 22b) na unutarnjoj strani (18) osnovnog materijala (14) uključuje kopolimer polivinil-alkohola umrežen pomoću sredstva za umrežavanje i formiranje trodimenzionalne mreže, pri čemu je sredstvo za umrežavanje malonska kiselina, glutanska kiselina, adipinska kiselina, limunska kiselina, butantrakarboksilna kiselina, maleinska kiselina i/ili bilo koja slučajna smjesa, pri čemu se kopolimer polivinilalkohola najmanje za 20 mol% sastoji od monomera opće formule i osim moguće postojećih nehidroliziranih monomera vinil acetata sadrži najmanje jedan daljnji monomerni tip.
17. Ambalažni materijal (10) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, naznačen time što je barijerski sloj (22a, 22b) barem pretežno sastavljen od umreženog kopolimera polivinil-alkohola.
18. Ambalažni materijal (10) u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva 16 ili 17, naznačen time, što slojni sustav (20) uključuje najmanje dva barijerska sloja (22a, 22b) umreženih kopolimera polivinil-alkohola, pri čemu najmanje jedan barijerski sloj (22a, 22b) poželjno uključuje barem jedno punilo i/ili barem jedan pigment.
19. Ambalažni materijal (10) u skladu sa zahtjevom 18, naznačen time, da najmanje dva barijerska sloja (22a, 22b) polivinil-alkoholni kopolimeri s različitim razinama umrežavanja i/ili kopolimeri polivinil-alkohola s različitim stupnjem hidrolize i/ili polivinil kopolimeri alkohola umreženi različitim agensima za umrežavanje.
20. Ambalažni materijal (10) u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva 16 do 19, naznačen time, što slojni sustav (20) sadrži barem jedan sloj (24), koji sadrži neumreženi polivinil alkohol i/ili neumreženi kopolimer polivinil-alkohola, pri čemu je sloj (24) koji sadrži neumreženi polivinil-alkohol i/ili ne-umreženi kopolimer polivinil-alkohola smješten između dva barijerska sloja (22a, 22b) i/ili na strani sloja pregrade (22a, 22b) koji je okrenut prema osnovnom materijalu (14).
