Abstract
verfahren zum herstellen eines beschichteten verpackungsmaterials und verpackungsmaterial mit wenigstens einer sperrschicht für hydrophobe verbindungen die erfindung betrifft ein verfahren zum herstellen eines beschichteten verpackungsmaterials (10), bei welchem zumindest die schritte a) bereitstellen eines substrats (12), welches ein basismaterial (14) aus cellulose, eine einem verpackungsgut abzuwendende außenseite (16) sowie eine dem verpackungsgut zuzuwendende innenseite (18) aufweist, b) beschichten zumindest der innenseite (18) des substrats mit wenigstens einer schicht aus einer wässrigen zusammensetzung, welche zumindest polyvinylalkohol und/oder zumindest ein polyvinylalkohol-copolymer sowie ein vernetzungsmittel umfasst, wobei die wässrige zusammensetzung höchstens 40 gew.-% polyvinylalkohol und/oder polyvinylalkohol-copolymer und einen gesamtfeststoffgehalt von höchstens 55 gew.-% aufweist, und c) trocknen der schicht und vernetzen des polyvinylalkohols und/oder des polyvinylalkohol-copolymers mithilfe des vernetzungsmittels unter ausbildung einer sperrschicht (22a, 22b) für hydrophobe verbindungen durchgeführt werden. die erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein verpackungsmaterial (10) mit wenigstens einer sperrschicht (22a, 22b) für hydrophobe verbindungen. tradução do resumo resumo patente de invenção: "processo para produção de um material de embalagem revestido e material de embalagem com pelo menos uma camada de barreira para compostos hidrófobos". a presente invenção refere-se à produção de um material de embalagem (10) revestido, no qual são realizados pelo menos os passos de a) pôr à disposição um substrato (12), que apresenta um material básico (14) de celulose, um lado externo (16), a ser afastado do produto a ser embalado, bem como um lado interno (18) a ser voltado para o produto a ser embalado, b) revestimento pelo menos do lado interno (18) do substrato com pelo menos uma camada de uma composição aquosa, que compreende pelo menos álcool polivinílico e/ou pelo menos um copolímero de álcool polivinílico, bem como um reticulador, sendo que a composição aquosa apresenta, no máximo, 40% em peso de álcool polivinílico e/ou copolímero de álcool polivinílico e um teor de sólido total de, no máximo, 55% em peso; e c) secagem da camada e reticulação do álcool polivinílico e/ou do copolímero de álcool polivinílico, com ajuda do reticulador, sob formação de uma camada de barreira (22a, 22b) para compostos hidrófobos. a invenção refere-se, ainda, a um material de embalagem, com pelo menos uma camada de barreira (22a, 22b) para compostos hidrófobos.
