Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE PAPEL OU PAPELÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um processo para a fabricação de papel ou papelão, em que um material fino celulósico o é fornecido e submetido a uma ou mais etapas de cisalhamento e, em seguida, drenado e uma tela em movimento para formar uma folha que é seca, em que o processo usa um sistema de retenção que é a plicado ao material fino, o dito sistema de retenção compreendendo como componentes i) uma combinação de diferentes polímeros catiônicos e i) um material micro particulado, em que a combinação de polímeros catiônicos compreende, a) um polímero catiônico com uma densidade de carga de pelo menos 3 mEq por grama e uma massa molar maior do que 700.000 Da, b) um polímero catiônico com uma densidade de carga a baixo de 3 mEq por grama e uma viscosidade intrínseca de pelo menos 3 dl/g, em que um dos componentes do sistema de retenção é dosado para o material fino apôs a etapa de cisalhamento final e o outro é dosado para o material fino antes da etapa de cisalhamento final.
